This property served its purpose by providing us with a clean and conveniently located place to sleep before catching an early flight the next morning. The front desk person I dealt with was a helpful woman, the airport shuttle convenient and the breakfast sufficient with enough hot options to make a decent egg and sausage sandwich. As others have noted, the place could use a facelift and they should definitely have the weird flickering outside light fixed. I was told that its been malfunctioning for years but it definitely creates a unsettling vibe upon approach. Especially after driving by the more welcoming facades of the other hotels in the area. Overall, this place is probably overpriced but better than the cheaper options in the area and not horribly worse than the moderately more expensive options around the airport.

I got room 101 and it was smelly and I think it was previously used and only “fixed” for next guest ( me) I asked politely to get another room and it was denied due to done by EXPEDIA they not able to change rooms . Did not spent the night on this hotel. Came back on morning hours to check out and prevent room to be rented again the same night. I respectfully request my money refunded for this bad experience.

I had to catch a plain n wanted to check out. The mre was no one at the service desk.i rang the bell several times to no avail. When she finally appeared she was rude as hell.

Good spot for quick travel
Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, GREAT location to the airport (and not noisy at all). The property is a isolated on the street so if you're looking to walk places this might not be the right location.

This is definitely one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. The young man at the hotel counter at night was not helpful and gave me a hard time checking in because the room was reserved under my husband's name. Finally, I was able to check in. Then after a couple of hours I noticed that my air conditioner was not working properly, so again I went to the lobby to ask for another room. The young man told me they had no rooms available. I asked for Maintenace to go check the air conditioner and he proceeded to let me know that it was late, and no one was there for Maintenace. I then asked for him to call his manager and once again he said it was 10:00 pm and it was too late to call his manager. After arguing with him that I am a paying customer, he called his manager and the problem was resolved. Too much aggravation to ever stay here again. DO BETTER COMFORT INN.

Why is this rated so well?
Pros -Large rooms -Very good breakfast Cons -Front desk associate wasn't exactly friendly -It took several minutes of running the water until it came up to full temperature. This process had to be repeated any time hot water was needed. What a waste of water! Why is there not a circulating loop?? -Rooms are dingy -Sickly colored lighting and not much of it -Dirty light switches, couch, toilet, curtains -Tub porcelain was damaged resulting in rust stains -Wall mounted thermostat didn't seem to work. The thermostat on the unit did except it refused to keep the fan on continuously as requested -An adjacent rooms alarm clock went off for 30+ minutes in the middle of the night. While this may be no fault of the hotels, I have reasons to believe otherwise. I never heard anyone in an adjacent unit and my room's alarm clock was off by 15 hrs indicating they aren't maintained.

Great hotel and staff
Overall the stay was good. Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk attendant was great as well. The only downfall with this particular hotel is its location. Convenient to the airport, but not at all easy to find. Be aware of potholes if traveling in the evening time. We had to replace a tire, which indeed up being much more than the cost of the room.
