The property far exceeded my expectations. When checking in, I noticed that the lobby and check in area were some of the cleanest in my hotel stays. Service was very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast each day was more than I expected - many choices, refilled in a very quick manor, and most of all, the food was just plain good! Breakfast area was large and accommodating. It was also very clean. I will definitely stay here again on next trip to DC.

There’s no elevator. It’s an old motel. Front desk clerk although nice took forever to check people in and was wearing a knit hat and a sweatshirt and jeans. Room had terrible stains on the couch. Just overall awful. Never again.

Made a reservation a few weeks in advance. My flight was delayed and I told them if they could adjust my reservation and instead cancelled my whole reservation. End up paying more because they wouldn’t accommodate my trip that I previously booked. Management was extremely rude. Would not recommend or book again.
