Our apartment is in an unbeatable location! We are close to everything the local area has to offer, but also in an area with a low noise level, so you will be able to get a peaceful night's sleep!
We are a short 10 minute drive from Henry Ford Genesys Hospital, which makes our apartment an excellent choice for local doctors and residents who are in need of housing. We are happy to accommodate longer stays!
Less than a mile away is the 106 acre Holly ORV Park which boasts over 20 adventure areas that are uniquely themed and capitalize on the landscape left behind by the site's previous mines! We have ample free parking on site if you are bringing an ATV or ORV. Our parking lots are large enough to accommodate vehicles with trailers!
On a hot summer day, take the family over to the Whoa Zone Floating Water Park located inside Holly Recreation Area on Heron lake- a short 2 minute drive from us! You can also rent canoes, Stand Up Paddleboards, kayaks, and more!
For travelers looking for a winter get away, look no further! Our property is located right next door to Mt. Holly Ski and Snowboard Resort! Walk or drive next door to enjoy 20 expertly groomed trails or get your thrills at one of the 3 snowboard parks! You can also grab a bite to eat in one of their cafeterias or warm up on their 4200 square foot heated patio with a fire pit!
Restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, boutiques, and much, much more can be found in beautiful downtown Holly, which is a short 10 minute drive away! Ask us for a recommendation for a great place to grab a bite to eat! If you are visiting during the Christmas holiday, the Holly Dickens Festival is a must for your to do list!
In the fall, you'll be a 10 minute walk from the award winning Haunted House- Rotten Manor. Enjoy a good scare at one of their 35-45 minute features in their haunted house or haunted forest!

Guests have keyless entry into the apartment, so there are no keys to keep track of. Our property manager will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions or address any issues that may arise.
There is ample free parking on site near the entrance. Parking is available in the front of each complex or on the side. Bringing an ORV or ATV on your trip? Not a problem! There is plenty of space to park and vehicles with trailers are welcome to park sideways in our lot if needed!
Please review all rules regarding pets before booking! Additionally, if you are bringing a pet, you will need to add the pet where you enter the number of guests for your reservation so the $50 pet fee is added. Pet fee will be shown in the host fees section. Failure to add your pet prior to booking will result in an additional charge being sent to you after booking.
