Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

The open-concept living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that provide unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean. Relax on the brand-new couches and enjoy the coastal-inspired decor. Step out onto the private balcony to your left to take in views of the famous Folly Beach Fishing Pier and the vast ocean beyond.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes all-new appliances, flatware, glasses, and more. With ample counter space and a spacious layout, it’s perfect for preparing meals for the whole group while enjoying ocean views.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: This spacious room boasts a king-size bed, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a newly remodeled shower and double vanity.
Second Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed and easy access to a shared bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Features comfortable twin beds, ideal for additional guests or children.
Fourth Bedroom: Designed for flexibility with 3rd king sized bed.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms have been fully remodeled with new toilets, showers, and vanities. The fresh design and coastal accents create a luxurious, spa-like experience. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Oceanfront Views: Enjoy uninterrupted views of the ocean from the villa’s private balcony and large windows.
Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a refreshing dip in the two beachside pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).

Private Covered Parking: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided for secure and convenient parking.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
