The bathroom in our first room was disgusting! There looked to be urine and hair on the back of the toilet they you could only see if the lid was down. The area behind the door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The corner by the tub and wall was black and gross. We were moved to a different room that looked cleaner but we did find a used towel hanging on the hook behind the door. We would have moved but we had someone else staying there and they said their room was fine. Also when I went to use the hairdryer it didn’t work. We tried all the buttons, switches on the dryer and the outlets. The night light came on so there was power getting to the unit. I checked on the hairdryer in our parties’ other room. His did not work either. My husband went down to the desk and asked if they had any other hairdryers and they said all the working ones were in the rooms.

The staff were polite, and nice. However: I stayed three nights and zero housekeeping was done during my stay. No fresh towels, no hotel toiletries (I did get more when I went to the front desk and asked) replaced, they didn't even empty the trash. The was no fire alarm in my room until I complained about it being dangerous and illegal not to have one. The mini fridge in the room had a LOT of frost in it, which is silly considering how little it takes to defrost it. The curtain rod in the shower was hanging oddly and was loose and damaged. The security latch at the front door was broken. There was no closet rod or hooks to hang my hanging clothes on. The bathtub was really dingy on the bottom and could have used a good scrub. The toilet flushed poorly, when I got there it was running continuously and I had to jiggle the flapper to get it to stop so that it worked at all. It was really loud when people went in an out of their rooms or the elevator. The AC unit in the room screeched and roared really loud if you used it. The tv was a Roku TV but it wasn't connected to a network, show all it really was is a TV with cable. The only upside was that they let me store my belongings in a storage room while I worked the day I checked out because I didn't have a car to put them into.
