We phoned the hotel 4 times in the preceding week asking for an early check-in for one of the 4 rooms we had booked 8 adults and 6 children because we would be flying on a Red-Eye and children needed to nap. Finally got a room at 12:30. While waiting I asked if there was a washroom on the lobby level the reception said “No, go down the street to MacDonalds”. There actually was a washroom on the lobby level rude Front Desk

Everything meet a very good standard. Our room 504 was clean and excellent bed. Slight problem such as no water glass or cup in the bathroom, ha d to go to the the cafeteria to get a paper cup. We found the shower a good size and clean. Nothing wrong with the location, restaurants avail in short walking distance. I will not hesitate to recommend and return to your location in our next cruise.

False advertising for transportation
Room and hotel were fine for before or after a cruise. Breakfast was nice and pool was cold but nice. Dont be fooled by the airport transportation. No where on the reservation, website, hotels.com site or at check in did they mention a fee for airport transfers. Two people with us were charged $20 each, a group we talked to was charged $20 total for 4 people, someone else paid $15. All for the same transport. They tried to charge us $20 each so i checked lyft. For $9 total we got to the airport. Eventually we did see the fee posted in fine print in the elevator. I probably wouldnt stay here again due to this and the lack of personality or caring of the front desk staff.

We have stayed here several times when cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale. It is convenient, clean and the staff have been friendly. Only drawback is our room doors in Room 400 need repairing...especially since it is for ADA purposes.

Property is next to a small and convenient shopping centre. There are approximately 5 restaurants and a handful of shops to distract oneself. The room and facilities were very good and clean. Complimentary breakfast was decent and varied: eggs, sausage, (make your own) waffles, fruits, yogurt and good coffee and tea. Overall, a good place to stay for a day or so before embarking on a cruise.

When I first booked this it was free airport shuttle. Psychologically it started out not as good when now we needed to pay $20 per room, and my husband and I were coming in several hours apart so it would be $40 for us both. He took an Uber so that solved that. They charge $15 each to the cruise terminal. We both took an Uber for half that price. Breakfast was decent. Floors were dirty. But luckily I was able to clean them as we spent two nights.

Disgusting Filthy Hotel
Absolutely disgusting filthy property. We had 2 rooms and both were extremely dirty. In one room the toilet would not flush, the door would not lock & the ceiling in the bathroom was wet & leaking. The towels were dirty in both rooms & the floors looked like they were never cleaned. These rooms were $350 per nt each! We also were scammed by their FREE shuttle service from the ap to the hotel-not FREE as advertised. One driver charged $40 cash for 3 people the other driver charged $5 pp. Front desk useless no help whatsoever. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Well located next to shopping center with eating options, grocery and liquor store. Only issue was with the airport transport which cost $20 using the hotels system. This was not on their website and is a change from prior stays. Overall the property could use some updating of the furnishings
