Perfect location for access to cruise port and airport. Large room, not perfect but price reflective and clean. Staff are on the ball, very friendly and accommodating, including the shuttle driver, breakfast area and reception.

Cruise Hotel mistake
The front desk staff was average to poor. I had to call three times to talk to someone about getting some more pillows. I asked for a comb, I had forgotten mine and was reminded that they were offered for free by the hotel, so when I finally got through to someone I asked it the housekeeping team could bring it up with the pillows, and was told no I would have to go to the front desk to pick one up. We took a cruise and started at the hotel the night before and ended up back at the hotel when we came back from the cruise. Well the cruise wants you off the ship by 9am and we were staying the day in Fort Lauderdale and wanted to check in to the hotel early, they flat out said no, we would have to wait until after 3pm. They did let us stow our gear at the hotel which was helpful. We then asked what there was to do locally and they had no suggestions for us, they didn't even have a selection of brochures for activities as most other hotels usually have. The room had some issues; the bed was so soft that you felt that you were sleeping in a hole after 5 minutes. The tile floors in the bath were so slippery when wet that it was kinda scary The highpoint was that the Housekeeping team was very considerate.

Booked thru Expedia. Flights was delayed, missed the free shuttle- called hotel twice to try to make arrangements for when we were actually landing— front desk was kind but not accommodating. When on phone they asked if I needed ADA room, I did not and relayed that. Second time I called to update eta, same question. When we finally arrived after a $45 Uber fee from FLL- we were assigned an ADA room and warned about water flooding the room if we weren’t careful. I requested a non ADA and explained two prior times I requested a non ADA. Request was eventually granted, our room was 301. Not the cleanest, hair in shower, stuff in carpet, not enough towels for two much less four guests, very damp and smelled like mildew. Too long of a travel day to even deal at that point. The staff at the buffet worked so hard and it was super clean, food was okay. Went to discuss the issues with the front desk but the line was too long and we were on time crunch to get to cruise port. No one directing traffic at parking lot, drop offs and pick ups had bottle neck and caused us to be picked up next to the highway in the rain for our Uber to port. They offer $15 cruise drop off, we paid $18 for 4 ppl thru Uber. Poor management all around. For the cost of the room, not impressed and will not be back.

Stayed here for one night before jumping on a cruise ship. Location is great for the ships. A couple of malls nearby for last minute shops in case you forget anything. Front desk very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the convenient location to food, shops, pharmacy etc. while preparing to board our cruise the next day. Breakfast buffet was nice. There is a shuttle going to the cruise port. It is pricey, an Uber or Lyft is probably cheaper
