Friendly staff. Extremely close to the beach (Literally a 1 min walk). Parking available on site for a small charge. Close by stores for cheap groceries. The room we had was small but satisfied our needs.

My unit was a few steps from the beach. That was the only good part. When I checked in went to my first room there was a diabetic pen left on the counter. I was given a new room. The outside area by front door had trash and tooth floss picks all over the ground. Maintenance had to come clean it. The room not really super clean it was on the surface clean. The extra blanket in the closet was folded and still wet. The morning of check out I found 2 bed bugs. I took pictures and called the office only to be told they were ticks and not bed bugs. They were bedbugs! The cleaning staff was yelling at me in Spanish. How are you mad at me for telling you there were bed bugs. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I paid $12 per day for parking. No one said you cannot park on the street. I got a $40 parking ticket. Only for the property to tell me that I was given a map that told me where to park. The map explained how to get to my room. Parking was terrible at the property. After contacting the management they offered me a 10% refund on my stay…

This was great find. Gives air bnb feel and close to ocean. Easy to walk to the Hollywood boardwalk and plenty of places to eat nearby. Glad we found this place.

Great location, close to it all

We love staying at Hollywood beachside boutique suites. The location is excellent, close to the Broadwalk and within walking distance of several restaurants! It’s a bummer they charge for parking, though.

Hotel Needs to be refreshed for some modern furniture and bathroom. It needs more lights. We have to pay for parking and I didn't see the price was not included. Elder people should be assigned on the ground level. Location is great. Closer to the beach and the restaurant

Hidden Gem

This was a hidden gem at Hollywood Beach. Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I loved the hospitality of the property and how close it was to the beach.
