Upon arrival we were so pleased with the location. The hotel & parking area face a body of water & the property is in a residential area on the beach. The lobby gives off a tropical vibe as does the entire property. The pool is beautiful & warm. The beach is clean, wide & private. The room was big, clean & comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Stayed one night before our cruise. Hotel has a "historic" feel. Not pristine like a new hotel but very good. Lots of things to do: putting/mini golf, shuffleboard, pickleball, volleyball and you are also right on the beach. Pickleball court was almost new. The other items you have to deal w the low maintenance. It was still fun and everyone has the same conditions. Food was pretty good. Overall i would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful resort! Will deffinitely return.

Amazing stay with the family! Pool area is aboslutely beautiful! The grounds are well maintained! Nice little park for the children between the pool area and beach! Ample options for dining on site as well as a little resort shop which offers many clothing options as well as toys for the little ones. All within a very short drive from the airport as well as the port! Beautiful resort! Loved our stay!.

Very odd service

Stayed here for 1 night before flying back home. Checked in and they took our credit card info and they gave us our key. They called 2 hours later saying that our credit card didnt attach to our reservation in their computer system, so we had to go back down and run our card again. We had dinner in what has to be the stuffiest restaurant ever, kinda felt like we were back in an old supper club feom the 70's. You could see the distain on some of the tables faces when a group of ladies ( younger with tattoos and pink hair) arrived not in dress code. We tried to pay by credit card butbthey said it had to be applied to our room, which was fine. We checked out and flew back to California. Now is when the weird stuff started happening. I got 1 call a day every day until i told them to stop calling. 1st they said our credit card didn’t attach again and we needed to give them a nimber for our dinner. Next day a guy calls about some room service order that we never ordered. He then calls again the next day about the same issue. All the while there is a $500 pending charge on my cc. Then he calls again and finally i had had enough. Who runs a hotel like this, absolute awful service and mismanagement. 2 weeks later now i have a $26,412 pending charge from them. Not sure what I could have done to spend that in 1 night there. Terrible service and terrible management! Get it together

Nice hotel with front desk issues

We enjoyed the property and had a lovely room. Amenities were as advertised- great beach with chairs, decent restaurant and gym and adult pool. The only negative was the front desk. The people were very nice, but it took a long time to check in on arrival and to check out on departure (tried the check out via TV option, but it didn't work). Need to do more staff training on check in/out procedures. But overall, was a lovely stay with fine service- a good value.
