It was our first time finding a hotel before a cruise and this one was very clean and close to the port. I had read horror stories about bed bugs so was very happy to see how clean this was.

Do not stay here! The pictures see beautiful and the reviews are great so I thought it was a good pick. I arrived at the property which surprisingly looked very much like a cheap motel from outside. Nothing like the beautiful pictures. I walked into the small front desk to find a gentlemen whom told me he was waiting for over an hour for assistance. I waited for 45 min to check in. I then attempted to check in via my phone following the email instructions but it did not work. I was given an error message and told code had expired. The message advised to call hotel number which I tried multiple times with no luck. I came to the front desk again only to find the same gentlemen there still waiting. At this point I’m frustrated, tired and have my 3 crying children in the car. I was forced to spend money I didn’t have on an alternative hotel nearby. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

WiFi is poor

This place was really nice. Aretha the manager did her best. House keeper Carmen was awesome. The only BIG issue we had was TERRIBLE INTERNET! If you need this service long term, skip this nice place. Service is thru Comcast and many units around it share service. Was nearly impossible to access WiFi. Wish the owner would upgrade service. The internet says “privacy warning”, then we were hacked, don’t trust WiFi.

Got there early and room wasn’t ready. Message on the computer said check after 3. Came back just after 3. Women was there and said room would be ready at 4. Came back at 4…..women said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the room was ready. It’s a cute no frills affordable option. Not a place to stay if you’re looking to relax at the pool or on property. The manager did give me free parking for late check in.

Excellent stay. The motel is older, but newly renovated and very clean. It is in a very good area. All walkable. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating! For the money and the experience, we will be back.
