Tämä 1150 neliömetrin tilava huoneisto, jossa on kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta tarjoaa kauniit näkymät sisäkanavalle Lanaiilta. Condossa on uudet taulutelevisiot (olohuone, makuuhuone, vierashuone), DVD, digitaalinen kaapeli, langaton internetyhteys, oma täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, astianpesukone ja graniitti työtasot.

Monimutkainen on upea lämmitetty uima-allas (suurin saarella), BBQ ja Gazebo alue 6 BBQ: n), Hot-Tub, uima-altaan pesutilat ja vieras veneily telakat ovat kaikki sijaitsevat Condo monimutkainen.

Se on hyvin lyhyt kävelymatka (3-4 minuuttia) Meksikonlahden valkoisille hiekkarannoille. Ravintolat, teatteri ja ostokset ovat kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä tai hypätä yleiselle vaunulle, jos haluat.

We liked the location of the condo as it is at the South end of Ft Myers Beach so you don't have to deal with the heavy traffic All of the time. It was nice to be on the second floor and close to the elevator. it was nice that they had carts to bring your luggage and groceries up. it was nice to take a short walk across the street to the beach! Almost everything you need is furnished, such as soap, TP, Kleenex, Paper Towels which I did not expect.The pool is nice. We had plenty of room and enjoyed each day. Vito was very great to work with! I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks from our whole family!

Great Location - Comfortable Stay
In June 2024, the island was still recovering from Hurricane Ian and this was one of the few places open and reasonably priced. The condo was very nice, clean, and exactly as pictured. The lobby on the ground floor was air conditioned, but the elevator was not air conditioned. We saw 2 manatees and at times had the beach almost to ourselves. The beach is mostly across the street, just a short walk to the cross walk. The sofa and beds were comfortable. There were large TVs and most everything you could want in a condo. Communication with the owner was excellent with fast responses. Very informative and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

100th Birthday
My family gathered from Maine, Boston, and California for our Aunt's 100th birthday party. This condo was the prefect gathering point. It is a lovely condo and the host was friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated being so close to the beach for some fun in the sun. (Host has beach chairs and umbrella to borrow.) And the sunsets did not disappoint. Taking my coffee to marina to watch the manatees created special memories! yes, this is certainly a do again!

Family Spring Break
We can not say enough about our amazing experience staying at this condo. Vito was so helpful and timely with his responses to any questions that I had. It’s in a wonderful location (right across from the beach) and a short drive away from all the action on the north end of the island. Our condo was very clean and the people staying there were so friendly. I highly recommend this condo for any family with children of all ages. We had a blast!

Relaxing spot in south Ft. Myers Beach
The property is great. Lovely, heated pool. Close to beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. We chose to get groceries before arriving, as not many restaurants are back open in the area yet. Ft. Myers beach is still recovering from hurricane Ian. The condo is perfect though!

Wonderful place to relax
We enjoyed the condo, the location and the quick responses from the owner. The beaches were short walking distance and have beautiful white sand. We enjoyed seeing star fish, sand dollars and shells. Also, sea turtle nesting areas and beautiful birds. Overall, it was a great place to relax and we look forward to returning!

Great vacation condo
We had a great trip, and loved the rental. It was clean and nicely appointed, with everything needed for a week away with the family. We made good use of the pool/hot tub area and liked the proximity to the next door plaza with restaurants, shops and ice cream. Communication with Vito was easy and always prompt. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Property was clean and well-appointed, everything we needed was there, which made planning for this vacation a breeze. Easy walk to the beach and close to tram stop. Tons of restaurants a short drive away. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome but...
We loved the location, the condo in general, and the pool. Unfortunately our feet were very dirty/ black after just a few steps inside without socks (floors were not clean and needed mopped/ cleaned badly so we were forced to were socks/ socks + shoes inside). There was no extra toilet paper (only had the fresh roll in the main bathroom and half a roll in the master bathroom), no extra paper towels (only had half a roll and that ran out fast), the tiniest amount of hand soap in the main bathroom and no extra (that ran out the first day), no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and no dishwasher detergent. The towels were very musty smelling like they hadn’t been dried all the way and the queen bedding in one room didn’t appear to be washed that well. If we would have known we needed all the supplies we would have bought them at Walmart on our way in so we found that extremely disappointing and frustrating. Wasted time rewashing towels and finding solutions to everything listed above but the condo overall was a cool place and great location. Vito is also a very nice guy! Would stay again but I really hope these supply issues and cleaning are not a problem in the future.

Can't wait to go back again!
Location - hidden gem....back off of main road in calm setting so you can enjoy coffee on balcony while looking at the marina and listening to birds. Beautiful flowering trees. Short walk to beach and short walk to a plaza that has everything you could want from breakfast to dinner dessert, liquor store, CVS, gift shops, and even a Quick Pack and Ship if you need to get packages out. Shuttle into north end of island allows you to skip a car rental if you don't want to venture outside of Ft Myers. Very, very clean and well maintained...honestly very well stocked with all you can possibly need. Would have given more stars if possible.! Owner is fantastic with communication!
