Aivan upea Canalin edessä sijaitseva koti vain 3 korttelin päässä Time Squareltä odottaa iloasi. Ei syytä päästä autoosi saapuessasi yli 20 ravintolaa / baaria 1/3 mailin kävelymatkan päässä. Täysi remontointi sisältäen uudet keittiöt, kylpyammeet, valaistus, sisustus ja huonekalut. Tässä yläkerran yksikössä on suuri avoin konsepti-olohuone, jossa on erittäin moderni keittiö, ruokailutiskikorkeus ja valtava liukusäätimien seinä, jotka aukeavat kanteen suojatussa kotelossa. Syvän veden näkymät ovat runsaat ja voit nauttia ateriasi ulkona pöydällä. Päämakuuhuoneessa on orgaaninen sänky ja oma kylpyhuone, toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi queen-vuodetta sekä kuningatar-vuodesohva olohuoneen sektionaalissa. Tässä kerroksessa on suuri vieraskylpy sekä pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Suuri lämmitetty uima-allas ja kylpylä aivan kanavalla. Kylpylä on kohotettu, joten siinä istuen katsot kanavaa alas lahteen. Niin kaunis yöllä katsellen lahden valoja. Voit vuokrata veneen tai tuoda veneen laiturille.

Alla on yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto erillisenä vuokrana # 1226700, joka jakaa uima-altaan.

Paradise Found!!!
My family and I stay in N Fort Myers Beach at least once a year, for years now. This is the very BEST home and HOST we have ever used!!! Maria (home owner) was PHENOMENAL!!!!! She has everything you could possibly need for your vacation covered. She even has a small section of her counter space for left over items from previous tenants like snacks, K cups of coffee and drinks. What a great idea! The pool and dock area are perfect for unwinding or hanging out. If you are looking at this house, book it, you will not regret it!

Highly recommend! Great location and pool was amazing!
First impression what a clean house! Rooms were much larger than expected. Everything you need for the stay was there. Kitchen fully stocked with pans, dishes and cups needed. And the pool and hot tub was amazing! My son was able to fish on the dock and we had the awesome pool to cool off! Walked a few blocks to the beach. Short walk to margaritaville and Yucatan for dinner! Highly recommend will be back!

Long weekend getaway!
My stay was perfect! You can not beat the location as it is perfect walking distance to everything! Only time we needed to hire a ride was to and from the airport (which Dave is amazing and I’d highly recommend using him to take you to and from!) This house also has everything you can possibly think of that you’d need! I have rented a lot of houses before and none compare to what they include with this house. You will have everything you need from coolers, beach chairs and so forth! On top of that, Maria is the sweetest and she is always on top of things if you do ever need anything or have any issues :) I will definitely be booking here again!

Great Location to Everthing!
This house was the best for our family of 5 plus grandma. first off, the location was great. The beach was about 2 blocks right off a beach access. Since the hurricane the town is building on this end first looked like. SO perfect for us. Food and store were close. The house had all you needed to get through the week. They had all the water toys, wagon, umbrellas and chairs. It all worked! We loved having the pool and hot tub for anytime. We did have to call Maria for our neighbor's noise. She was on it like a hawk. Which we thought was an excellent response. No trouble at all. Maria's house will also be our list when we return to FMB! Thank you for all you did to make our stay wonderful!

Great location and property!
My husband and I stayed here and love the home. The space was exactly as pictures showed and was in such a great location. The beach is just down the block and is an easy walk and very convenient to all restaurant and shops. The house had everything we needed and was so nice to relax in the hot tub at night. Maria was very responsive and her communication made for a great trip. Would highly recommend this house and host!

Nice place, close to beach.
Very clean. Nice location. Tricky back door to lock but property manager very quick to respond. The only thing is that the bottom unit was rented so pool area was shared. And we knew that… so not owner’s issue.

Our weekend getaway!
Awesome getaway house! Everything super clean and nice. Beach was walking distance as well a lot of shopping and eating places. Will definitely rent here again. My whole family enjoy this place. Oh ya the pool was super nice.

From the beginning it was a very smooth and easy process. The pictures do not do the place justice! You are a walk away from everything. If you are ever planning on going to fort Myers beach I would definitely check this place out!

We loved staying here! Just a few blocks from Times Square and a super short walk to the beach. At the end of the day the pool and hot tub were awesome. Close to everything but quiet and relaxing at the same time. Would love to come back again

Great spot and home
My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. Great location as beach access is walkable but was really nice to be right on the canal too. Plus driving to Sanibel was really easy. Owner and property manager were very accommodating and even brought in groceries we had delivered ahead of our stay. If a question came up they were quick to respond via text or email. The home looks newly renovated and the pool was a great place to start the morning or end the day. Would come back if we can!

Renting and communication was good. House was clean and well stocked kitchen. First downstairs neighbor let the kids eat and get rowdy in the pool so only downfall is having a shared house.

Surpassed expectations
Usually the pictures on VRBO are dated or the place doesn’t live up to what you see. Not so with Dockside Dream. It was clean, roomier than expected, a great location and the pool/deck area was phenomenal. Was worried about sharing but actually made some new friends by doing so. Just wish I could book 2022 at 2021 prices.

Fresh & Modern Canal Rental
We had a excellent three night stay at this property in March. The owner communicated well, check in was easy and the property was nice and cool upon arrival. The inside is modern, clean and well organized. Overall spacious unit overlooking the canal with newer pool and jacuzzi. Shared pool area with the lower unit was not an issue. Only a 5 minute walk to most restaurants. Quiet location, would stay again.

Not only is the property a nice location from the beach and all the shops but the property itself is nice with all its comforts. The property manager is phenomenal to work with. I would stay again but next time I’d like the lower level also for extended family.

Fort Myers home away from home.
Beautiful property. Well maintained in a great location. Dave was very accommodating, friendly, and informative. He gave us tips on where to go, things to do, and even where his favorite band plays. The home has everything you need and more. It was like having our own cabin and all we needed to do was bring our clothes. It even had beach things/toys to keep us from being bored. I would definitely stay here again and maybe even longer. We didn't rent a car so Dave picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee. If I were to go again I would rent a car to explore other areas. With the tram at the end of the block it is not necessary and there is parking if you have a vehicle. The home is nicely updated and needs nothing. Thanks Maria for letting us stay here and hope to stay here again. Thanks, Jim and Barb.
