I requested pool area when I called after I booked then I arrived a day early so they put us on the 3rd floor and kept us there for the whole week when rooms were available with our group that was all on 1st floor !! Also I will mention we had no elevator for the 8 days we were there!! Front desk needs to speak English but as for the housekeeping n rest were amazing

Spent 13 days at this gem of a place... wonderful hot breakfasts with sweet staff hosts, private pool and hot tub exceptionally clean, super bbq area for eat in nights, walkout King room was perfect and housekeeping staff were efficient and reliable. We will definitely return . Thank you so much!

Sleep was rough.
Check in was fine. Pleasant person at desk. Hotel feels dated in areas but clean. Noisy, guest above, heard them all night. Sink dripped and is in bedroom. When one person gets up, all are up due to location of vanity in bedroom. Laundry services happen to be on our floor. The smells of that room is obvious. Gas dryers, wet smell. The breakfast area is good. Options available. The lady working that area is hustling to keep it clean and plentiful.

I liked the large room. The bathroom floor was dirty, the elevator was broken, toilet paper was not replenished. Checking in and out was convenient and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was great.
