Amarilys at the front desk is amazing! She alone made my visit to Fort Myers exceptional! She provided help with my reservation, had excellent recommendations for bars and restaurants, and was there for anything I needed. I would highly recommend stopping in to see Amarilys upon your arrival! Great little hotel with super staff.

The hotel is quaint, Old Florida style on a private marina. Very cute outdoor sitting areas. Continental breakfast is basic. Rooms are Very small - very grateful to have been upgraded to waterfront with a shared balcony and chairs. The hotel is non-smoking. It is too bad guests don't adhere to the rules and thus annoy other guests by smoking wherever they choose. Front desk was receptive and offered to change our room. Luckily were informed the smokers were checking out that morning so we didn't need to change rooms. Free use of fishing poles, paddle boards, kayaks and bikes nice perk. Very friendly staff.

Itā€™s perfect cozy quiet easy to get to shopping dinning and the beach clean with a nice pool and fast and yummy breakfast in the cabanas in the back by the pool it was a perfect stay and yes there is a trolly in the front to take you to the beach and Walmart is a block away plus Publix

Our 2 night stay (2 adults and 2 kids 5/8) was clean and quiet. Digital check in so it did not require us to stop by the front desk. The continental breakfast had plenty of options but come early if you want a Jimmy deans breakfast sandwich. My husband rented a kayak so that was nice and he could fish off the marina. Stay was good. However, the quality of the property renovations are poor though. Think ā€œlandlord specialā€. Our bathroom door scraped the bottom. Towel racks not properly secured to the wall. Paint over door hardwares. Finishes on wall & plastering looks like it was done by an apprentice and not a professional. But at least there wasnā€™t any bugs.

Impressed that a no frills basic room. Steps away is the docks with beautiful boats. Very quiet stay. I would stay again. Offers canoes to paddle around the canal. It would get a EXCELLENT Rating from me if it was newer and more frills.

This location was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Really close to the beach and town. Nice pool. Beautiful room. The price was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The Staff goes above & beyond if you need anything! The bed was comfortable enough, i ordered the same mattress for my home.. Pool & breakfast in the tiki courtyard. Overall felt very relaxed during the stay for 8 nights.
