This lovely villa at Tivoli by the Sea, the Resort, is perfectly located within a short golf cart ride to the beach. So, jump on the golf cart and spin on over to the sandy white beach and emerald waters. You can also take the cart to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping, entertainment and dining!

Inspired by the timeless architecture of the Mediterranean, Tivoli by the Sea is tucked away on the beach side of the Resort. Picturesque clusters of Tivoli villas are located on the Baytowne Golf Course, perfectly situated near the beach. This lovely vacation property is spacious enough for eight guests and offers impressive golf course views from the screened porch. Designed with comfort in mind, our villa offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional custom bunk bed off the master bedroom- all finished with new wood flooring. With travertine tiled floors, the family area offers a comfy sleeper sofa, swivel chairs and an HDTV. Our well-appointed kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. Guests will love our spacious screened-in porch overlooking the 15th fairway at Baytowne Golf Course - a perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida breeze while relaxing on the new outdoor furniture!

The master suite offers a king bed and an additional nook with custom bunk beds (2 twins), plenty of closet space, an HDTV and direct access to the screened porch. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed and offers access to a full bath. A comfy sleeper sofa completes the sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

An Amazing Vacation!

To say this place was amazing is an understatement! We were ready to book next year as we packed the car to end this one! Tivoli Villa was the perfect location and was absolutely beautiful! From the time we arrived, until the day we left, everything was just so nice and accommodating. The area was so beautiful and just fun to explore on the golf cart. We packed up every day and headed to the crystal blue green waters and spent the majority of the five days that we were there at the beach! Evenings were spent at the Wharf for the kiddos, dining and ice cream! An amazing place for an amazing vacation! Sandestin is an Awesome place!

Our choice in this property at Tivoli was perfect! It was very close to the beach enough to enjoy the Golf Cart ride! We absolutely loved the use of the large Golf Cart it made our stay very enjoyable to move around when we were ready to go!

Beautiful place to stay. King bed has awesome topper! Such a comfortable bed. The golf car provided is a wonderful addition. We sure enjoyed using it. We did have a flat tire. Call Bette the manager and she quickly got us help, by getting ahold of Jason. Whom came to where we were. He fixed the tire and delivered cart to our condo. We couldn’t have been taken care of better. Would definitely recommend the condo.

Perfect location!

We’ve stayed in SanDestin previously but we’re really pleased with this listing. Bette prepared us for what to anticipate during our stay. We enjoyed riding on the golf cart and the tunnel to the wharf. Our fur-babies joined us as well and we’re able to go many places we went. Overall we would definitely book here again!

Unfortunately, this was not the property we initially booked. We were very excited to be able to stay in a more plush property, but literally one week out the other property pulled out and the property managers said that this was our only option - so this wasn't the initial property we had even selected. There was NOTHING in the property - I had to buy additional toilet paper, soap, coffee filters and laundry pods to do the towels - it was a blank canvas. It was acceptable, but I wouldn't rent it again.

Very nice

Upon arrival, our small dog found about 10 pieces of trash throughout the rental including two used bandaids. I noticed that other pets had urinated numerous times on the curtains which our dog started to do as well but we kept him away from them. I was able to clean what needed to be, so not a big issue. The owner, Ms. Bette was so nice and was able to run me the mailbox key for a delivery. Wonderfully sweet lady and overall we love the rental! So close to the beach and even the pool! We enjoyed the cart pretty much everyday! Would definitely stay here again!

Early Christmas Getaway

5 day vacation with wife, adult son and Chloe our Cockapoo, all had great time...really enjoyed the use of the golf cart! Played 3 rounds of golf and enjoyed an afternoon at the Beach....weather great except for one rain day. Accomodations dated but nice, would rent again.

Tivoli 5247 was PERFECT! We loved bringing our fur baby. The screened porch was great for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The golf cart was so convenient. We were also close enough to walk to the beach. And Bette was fantastic!!!

Miramar in Sandestin- you have to figure it out on your own

Sandestin is AWESOME. The location and neighborhood amenities where so great for our family. Master bath in our unit had issues (no hot water knob and the tub wouldn't drain). It kind of stinks that there isn't information set out on things like how the tram works, golf cart usage, where to access the beach, ect. I emailed but got no response.
