Was made in error and when I tried to fix it, I got no response from Expedia or the property. Forcing me to pay twice for the same room. I will never stay at this property or any La Quinta or Wyndham property ever again.

I accidentally made the reservation for a Thursday night instead of Friday night. Expedia said I had to contact the property and the property said only the manager could make the decision and I have to call back when I call back. They said the manager wouldn’t be available for two days Which was three days past where I needed this fixed. Well, I do own that the mistake made was mine. Their lack of communication was horribly bad and they never called me back. I most likely will not be staying there ever again. Or any La Quinta or Wyndham property for that matter.

When we checked in, they originally gave us a dirty room. Trash in the room, beds clearly slept in. Took a long time waiting up front with our luggage for someone to come back out and help resolve the issue. We were there for 3 nights and house-keeping never came into our room, which was surprising.

Was that for 6 days before room was cleaned for you bad communication with staff. Was told when we checked in the room would automatically be cleared every three days and it wasn’t…We had to call down on the 3rd day and request it and in doing so received some flack from the front desk. So on the 6th day caught housekeeping in the hall and asked if our room could be cleaned and was told we were not on the list so another call was made to the front desk and received more flack but an hour later, someone came and charged the sheets, empty the trashed and gave us cleaned towels. Also on that same day, our hot water went out and received no warning about that. Communication is very important.

Very good. Looks new. Lots of eating ansd shopping close by. Only complaint was lack of trash cans. ONLY ONE SMALL trash can in bathroom. None by the bed. None by tv. Those are areas in other hotels where trash cans are placed. We stacked our trash by tv. Not everything fits in one small trash can you have to walk to bath room to dispose.

Health hazard-does not look like the photos AT ALL
This is a budget hotel, so we weren’t expecting something extremely accommodating with top notch service. However, we were expecting it to at least be clean. When we first checked in, there was a homeless person tweaked out in the lobby so bad the cops had gotten called. The floors had crumbs on it and had not been vacuumed, multiple walls were splattered with something brown (hopefully not human feces but you never know), the shower curtain had mold on it like it had never been washed. When we went to the front desk to move rooms, they just gave us a new shower curtain that still had mold on it. The seal around shower was completely broken off and the shower head was covered in calcium deposits, the doors had black marks on them from people touching that part and it never being cleaned. Overall it was an extreme health hazard (I have so many photos) and we will never be staying at another La Quinta again. This was terrible. The ONLY thing that could’ve made this worse would be bed bugs/cockroaches. It was that bad.
