Do not book a room here!
Extremely outdated and underwhelming exterior and interior. The bed was uncomfortable I woke up almost every hour. The shower was extremely small, slippery and didn’t drain so I was standing in water above my ankles.

Location was good for the price. Airport and Fort Worth a short distance. The cleaning and maintenance staff were amazing. Front desk unit so much. Room bathroom sink clogged. Bathroom lighting was so dim and only half of lighting worked. Last night found a roach under sink and shower was clogged. WiFi never worked while stay. Cash only as well for half of stay and couldn’t add to room for available amenities. Overall a little dingy and simple upgrades would make a big difference.

To start this was our first trip to the Dallas area and all we heard about was raddison hotel so we took the chance and booked the photos were beautiful and sold it for us. Skip forward to arriving the lobby was a beautiful area as well as the pool until we start walking past it and headed to our room. As we walk down the hallway not only did we see one roach we saw multiple over the weekend!! We then get into our room and it was a little toasty so we turn the ac down as needed and head out to dinner seeing as it's that time and think that once we get back it will be cooler. Once we got back a few hours later it literally felt the same as when we left. We ended up having to turn it down as low as it could possibly go to get a decent cool in there. We finally get to sleep and all we continuously hear is the air conditioner kicking all night and not just the usual kick on and off but multiple thuds all through the night and through the weekend. I also understand with older buildings you will have the normal wear and tear but to see the ceiling peeling down and the bathroom wallpaper coming up and off as well as areas not being cleaned and showing cobwebs and grass dirt all over is ridiculous. The bathroom was the best part until it wasn't!!! When we went to pull the shower curtain back the shower nozzle wasn't even attached... How does this even happen and not get noticed by staff thankfully my husband was with me and was able to put it back on for us to actually use.

El hotel está muy viejo, súcio huele mucho a humedad y había cabellos en el baño, la cama era incómoda el colchón muy viejo . El lavamanos estaba roto . Fue muy mala mi experiencia en en ese lugar tenía reservado dos noches y tuve que cancelar la segunda no soportaba pasar otra noche allí. En el restauran la comida es cara y recalentada , el arroz que me sirvieron, estaba crocante de tanto que lo recalentaron, la carne en la quesadilla era dura , nada tenía sabor .

Rented 4 rooms for 8 people. The main reason for staying at this hotel was the shuttle to the Stockyards that they advertised. I even called to verify a couple of days ahead that it was available. After check-in we were told it was out of service for the weekend. Front desk said they could not rent a replacement. There was a minivan that did run right next to it but couldn't be used for the Stockyards. This added an additional $65.00 cost to the trip for Lyft. Also, lobby bar was not open either night. Overall, hotel was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice.

The lobby was amazing, and the desk clerk was very nice, but that's where the good stopped. The room had stains all over the carpet. The shower curtain rod had been repaired/reattached to the walls using caulk, and that was tearing off, so the shower rod was dipping causing the curtain to slide open, and like most hotels the pressure was low. The bed was a pretty hard slab to sleep on. But the worst thing was the ac unit. It was loud when it was running, but almost every time it shut down the compressor would continue running for around a minute, getting louder and louder, until it let out a loud bang and shut off. We came in late from a concert and were in bed immediately, so the first time we heard it we didn't want to get up to switch rooms, but we should have because it woke us up multiple times throughout the night.

It was a decent property. The general areas were clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was a bit disappointing. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and stiff. The tub was also very clogged.

Good hotel, room was very clean, staff was helpful. Shuttle to Stockyards wasn't running and that was one reason we picked to stay here. Looks like there was nice renovation several years ago... its still nice but getting a little dated. Good water pressure in the shower but the tub drained so slowly that I was up to my ankles in water by the end and left a gross ring around the tub after.
