Stairs needed to be vacuumed, doors open all day as staff cleaned, grocery cart in hallway. Hot shower but control didn't work properly. Zero amenities. Nice cleaning lady gave us extra towels. Had to jiggle outlet for microwave to work properly.

They may be in the middle of updating...not sure. Seemed like an older hotel. Floors were nice. No elevators. Bathroom wasnt the cleanest...dark hairs on the floor. Seemed like a not so great area but very convenient to stopping and dining. Morning coffee was decent

I guess you get what you pay for. A run down place with stains on the sheets, a toilet that wouldn't flush, a cracked sink and very poor parking for the disabled. There were two handicapped spots in back with one taken by an employee who's car was broke down and parked halfway on the ramp. It was a bad experience all around. Will never stay there again.

Don’t waste your money
The rooms were not ready after we checked in at 3:00pm. We had to stand around and wait for the room to be cleaned up. Our toilet didn’t flush so we asked the staff and they gave us a plunger to do it ourselves. Staff was too busy smoking outside to greet anyone at check in or check out. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The covers looked very stained up and only had two flat pillows on each bed. The tv would not work in my Moms room. Nor the blow dryer. We stayed at this hotel a couple years back and had the absolute best experience. This was very disappointing to see how much it has changed and run down.
Always in the hallway but no one was ever mopping.

Need a place to stay after a long travel day. Slept very well, bed was comfortable. Only issue was there was no shampoo in the room. I would stay here again.

It smelled of cigarettes, it was as not clean, the sheets had holes in them, the pillows were not even standard size they were very tiny. The exterior doors to the parking lots stayed unlocked which was worrisome for safety. The towels were almost threadbare.

People gathered outside window and smoked including staff, laughing, talking, arguing all loudly. No microwave in room. Back doors did not close or lock, people constantly hanging around outsife thesw doors, apparently even someone living in a vehicle , dogs barking all night

The place was crawling with roaches and the remote control didn’t work with out having to use two hands holding it up in the air because the back of it was missing and all the people slamming doors all night to go outside to smoke and it smartly like they smoked inside with how much it stank and the toilet wouldn’t flush and I don’t think it was worth the cost of what I paid. Honestly if I only paid 50 dollars flat rate it would have been tolerable but paying over 100 dollars I would hope for a little bit of effort on there part. Thank you
