The cozy home is completely remodeled and features a nice kitchen, a cozy living room overlooking the lake, and a separate game room located in the garage.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

This home is in the heart of vacation country! With Mille Lacs lake in view to the east. We are minutes from all that the Garrison area has to offer to the North, the Grand Casino to the south, and the Kathio State Park to the west. You are literally surrounded by the Upnorth adventure!

Please note that the shore is across highway 169. This can be a busy highway and we cannot recommend that children are allowed to cross this road without adult supervision.

Lakeview retreat
The place was stocked with everything you would need to have a great time away from home as well as having things you may have forgotten! Beautiful view of the lake and all sorts of games if you get rained in. Bonus is the garage with a foosball table, turntable with some old classics, giant TV and a pop machine filled with various beers in which the proceeds are donated to charity....Just don't forget to bring some $1's. Will definitely go back for another adventure!

The cabin met all our expectations. The view of the lake was amazing. Traffic was heavy but it was expected so not a problem. Communication was outstanding! Checked in a couple times to see if we needed anything. Very nice place

Had a great stay!! Property was great and we spent most of our time on the deck. The back games gatage was a lot of fun as well. Only downside was the amount of traffic on the road all day long.

Very nice get away
This property was very quaint and cute. Recently updated cabin with space for 8 sleeping comfortably (2 in garage rec room). It was stocked and cabin was clean upon arrival. Only issues we had were the recreational room (in the garage) needed to be cleaned. Lots of cob webs and dirty floor. But otherwise a great space for a get together. The cabin is located right on the beach area but note it is separated from the dock and lake by a major highway that traffic does NOT stop all day and part of night and they are moving fast. We had to be very careful. Lots of things to do around the area though. Definitely eat at the DaBoathouse bar and grill!! Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants to eat at. Paddle boards and canoe available for use. Rentals fro jet skis or boat close by and guided fishing trips close as well. Great yard and fire pit! Take firewood! Wonderful to have a place for pets but would have been nice to know in the listing prior to checking in that the pets weren't allowed on the furniture. I get it, but our pets are controlled and allowed on the furniture at home so this made for difficult time during our stay. Overall great lake and place to visit. People managing were easy to contact and did great with communication. Thanks!

This was a great place to stay for the long weekend! It was the perfect size and location and exactly what we were looking for. The property manager was very helpful, friendly, upfront, and easy to work with. This place has lovely morning views of the lake and great areas to hang out on the property.

Excellent location. Great host.
We had a great time. The home has been renovated and is very nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean. From the grill and dishwasher, cooking utensils and dishes, to the AC, WiFi, and smart tv's with Netflix and Hulu. It was perfect for our getaway. The detached garage was turned into a game room which is nice for our adult kids to hang out in and play foosball. The host was awesome and made sure to keep in contact with us throughout our stay in case we needed something. He was very responsive when I texted with a question. There is a great dock with a more secluded area for swimming. The only minor drawback is that it sits on the two-lane portion of 169, so we had to make sure we crossed as a group. The house is so quiet though that you don't even hear the traffic on 169 though. A great location with lots to offer. Make sure to go into Garrison for ice cream and check out the sunset over lake Mille Lacs! We will definitely be back!

Lakeside Dream
We loved sitting out on the deck with cocktails looking at the beautiful expanse of lake across the street. We also loved being so close to Garrison so that we could get groceries. We drove to about 20 minutes to a lovely sandy beach in Aitkin, visited the Mille Lacs Indian Museum, and fully participated in Garrison Play Days. We had a blast!! Highly recommended.

Great cabin
We had a great experience. The property manager Mike was extremely responsive and helpful with a few mishaps we had that were no ones fault. Cabin was very clean, we loved the converted garage shack! It is off a fairly busy highway but the house itself was extremely soundproof. We couldn’t even hear anyone in the living room when we closed the bedroom door. Lots of amenities like the paddle boards and yard games! Would come back again!

Awesome little getaway!
It was a really nice weekend getaway. It was close to the Twin Pines resort which made taking the boat launch really convienient and a short drive from the bar. The cabin was recently renovated and it was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. New appliances that worked without any issues. I had no need to call Mike the property manager. He was awesome and made sure our stay was a good one. Thanks Mike!

Great get away!
The house was perfect for my kids and I to get away for a night. They have just about anything you need there, they absolutely loved the game room and the bunk beds. The property manager was very accommodating and pleasant. The view of the lake was amazing, only wished we had more time to stay for more than one night! Local restaurants were close and we spent the evening eating out on the deck watching the lake. There is also a great State Park located 15 minutes away that is great for a hike and if you want to climb the observation tower to get a great view! Overall this was a great experience, would definitely want to stay again.
