Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Everything was just a short walk away. The condo was really nice, everyone enjoyed their stay. We even saw bears on the property every day we were there.

The property was perfect, no way to communicate after though
We enjoyed our stay, however my son forgot a whole drawer of his clothes and I had reached out the only way I could find (a message though the evolve website) and it has been day 7 and still no response. Driving back through in a few days and was trying to make arrangements to pick up to no avail.

Property was nice overall- with being in VRBO, people are looking for amenities to fit their needs. I would suggest basic add ins… salt, pepper, a hair dryer. For 3 bedrooms, I would also add another chair. A small couch and chair, didn’t even accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

Spring Break 2023
Overall this was a decent rental. Property is somewhat updated, older fixtures, bedding, decor, etc. The rental was generally clean, but bathrooms, rugs, open kitchen shelving, top of fridge, etc, could have used more attention when cleaning. A broom, dust pan and tissues were not provided and needed. Space was nice for us, 2 adults and 5 kids (ages 7-12). And location was perfect for our trip itinerary. We hiked in the Sugarlands area of Great Smoky Mountain NP, and went to Anakeesta. It was a short drive to the national park and so easy to walk to Anakeesta and around downtown Gatlinburg. Area felt safe and was well lit, and we felt comfortable even walking at night time. Property management company was easy to get ahold of and offers 24/7 service. I accidentally deleted our check in details email and this was easily and quickly resolved.

Would not recommend - needs work
I hate to leave bad reviews. But this one was bad. There were a number of problems with the unit. - the sofa bed is broken and needs to be replaced. I hurt my finger trying to pull it out because the frame is bent. The canvas that holds the mattress is torn from the frame in a few places making the mattress lopsided and hanging. We had to put the mattress on the floor for our kids to sleep on it. - the mattress in the sofa bed had mold in the bottom (found after our kids slept on it, yuck!) - for a property that sleeps 8 people it is severely lacking in seating. On 1 couch and 1 chair, We couldn’t all sit down to watch tv. - the kitchen isn’t well equipped. We had soup to eat and there are 3 bowls in the kitchen. We had to eat soup from small coffee mugs. - the dishwasher wasn’t attached in the cabinet, almost fell out of the counter top when we opened it. - the bottom floor bedroom has almost no plugs. Someone needed a plug at night and the plugs on the wall are behind the bed and the bed is mounted to the wall so you can get to it. - the bottom floor bathroom shower leaked into the floor - we went to use the stove and it wouldn’t work. - the stair carpet and the rugs all looked dirty - the bathroom light in the master bedroom is dim and makes a loud noise - lightbulbs were missing in lamps. Some that needed two bulbs only had one. Overall the unit was just disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone. We have stayed at Gatlinburg Village before and love the location. But we won’t stay in this unit again.

Great place
The condo was perfect for us. There was enough space for everyone, and each group had their own room and bathroom. It was very clean, which was much appreciated. I will echo what others have said, that it is a lot of stairs for anyone who has difficulty with them. I would make a couple minor suggestions. A broom and dustpan would be nice, especially for families with small kids. The vacuum that was there didn't work very well to try and clean up crumbs, etc. that small kids inevitably create. The bathroom fans also need a little attention, especially the one in the loft, as it doesn't work at all. Check-in/Check-out was super simple, and the requirements at checkout were no big deal at all (take out the garage, towels into the tubs, and strip the beds). Overall, it was a great place for 4 adults and 2 young kids, and would definitely stay here again next time we're all in town.

12 minute walk to strip
The condo was nice.loved the screened in porch. Rooms were spacious. Of u have any problems with your knees u will want the bottom bedroom as u walk in. Teens will love the loft space. And the king room up on second floor / main floor is plenty of room for 3 or 4 lol.. Only problems I have with it, is no towel racks in bottom bathroom.no place to hang them up to reuse. And I don't like not having a broom and dust pan to clean up floor if someone drops food in kitchen or dining room..dont like the distance of walk to strip.if u have any trouble with knees or back pains u don't want to try and walk all that way.but the condo was a great space. We saw a cub walking around the condos.

Fun Family Trip
We planned a last minute trip to enjoy the mountains and I wanted to surprise my friend who was going to be vacationing in the same townhomes! It just so happened this townhouse was literally next door to her unit and I had no idea when planning—what a fun surprise! It was in perfect condition, very clean and everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely stay here again! Super convenient to the main strip with lots of activities to do! Would totally recommend!
