Kuvittele itsesi tuijottavan hämärään siniseen veteen, joka säteilee rauhallisten mäntyjen läpi tämän äskettäin rakennettuun ylelliseen nykyaikaiseen vuoren kotiin, joka sijaitsee Tahoe-järven rannalla, hiljaisella pienellä alkovilla, joka tunnetaan nimellä Lincoln Park. Mukavalla rantakadulla korttelin päässä, ja julkinen vene käynnistää aivan tiellä, tämä alue on ihanteellinen kesäisin hauskaa! Tämä hieno koti on täydellinen gourmet-keittiö, jossa on graniitti työtasot, knotty alder kaapit ja ruostumaton teräs laitteet sekä runsaat kylpyhuoneet nimetty kaunis travertiini laatta, lasi suihku ovet ja elegantti öljy-rubbed pronssit ja rikki mokka puun aksentteja koko.
Vieraat varmasti nauttivat mieleenpainuvasta lomasta tässä täysin kalustetussa 4 makuuhuoneessa / 4. 5 kylpy talossa. Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, samoin kuin 2 muuta huonetta. Jäljellä oleva lastenhuone on kalustettu kerrossängyt, mukavasti nukkumaan 4 henkilöä. Valoisa olohuone on kalustettu nahkasohva-asetelmalla ja perhehuoneessa on vuodesohva, johon mahtuu kaksi henkilöä. Keittiö on täydellinen ruokailu, sillä se on varustettu huippuluokan GE-laitteilla ja siinä on graniittinen baari rento aterioita varten. Kesällä asiakkaat voivat nauttia iltapäivällä uintia tai rentoutua rannalla ja myöhemmin katsella auringonlaskua parvekkeelta pois elävältä tai makuuhuoneelta. Talo on myös kylpytynnyri takapihalla.

Holiday weekend with family
The house was beautiful with plenty of room for our group. There are a lot of stairs so we would recommend for anyone with toddlers ,1-1yrs old be sure to bring a baby gate or two otherwise you will be forever chasing them up and down stairs. The hot tub jets were not working but got warm enough to enjoy. Parking was really the only thing that was frustrating as it said 3 cars allowed only to get there and find that only 2 were allowe. Luckily they were able to allow us to park our 3rd car close by but for an additional fee, which frankly felt wrong but whatever. We still had a great time.

Christmas at Tahoe
We stayed at this beautiful Tahoe home for Christmas. We were a party of 10 and the house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms (5) and plenty of room for us all. Also, house was well maintained and stocked with all necessities. It was a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Tahoe
My family and I had a great time on our visit to Lake Tahoe. What a truly beautiful place. Our VRBO home was very nice and well-appointed with one significant exception. The prominently advertised Hot Tub did not work appropriately throughout our stay. We were counting on spending relaxing time in the tub after full days hiking and/or on the water. When I reported the situation to mgt the problem could not be fixed. It was apparent that mgt knew the Hot Tub required repairs however they had made no effort to fix the unit before our arrival. Very disappointing response from mgt to my concerns. This issue made an otherwise wonderful trip a bit of a downer.

Perfect Vacation Spot
House was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. Loved the spacious master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of space for everyone and the dogs got a fenced yard. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and lake and quick drive to shopping and entertainment.

We enjoyed our week in Tahoe. Great location, 25 minutes to Carson City. 10 mins to S. Tahoe. Day trips to Napa and Yosemite. The home accomodated 10 easy!

Great Family get together!
This rental worked perfectly for our family get together to celebrate mom/grandma/greatgrandma’s 84th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and our four legged children. Working with Zorka and the local property manager was seamless and both were very easy to get ahold of. Overall I give this place 5 stars and will definitely be back this summer.

Great location and house
We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for us, good back yard for hot tubbing and building snowmen. I’d for sure stay again. Little beach was still accessible in snow and dogs loved running around over there. Two of the bedrooms are pretty small, but other two were big! Thanks for having us.

Family Vacation
Finally had a family vacation! This house was setup very nice for 10 people. Everyone had their own space. It is a few steps from the water which was wonderful! We had a glitch with construction on the street to and from the house which limited us greatly from coming and going. The management office was very understanding of our concerns and proceeded to help us work it out. They answered the phone and texts right away. They were very good at communicating with us. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!!!!

East Shore Gem
The house is fantastic, well kept, full of everything you need. Loved the garage full of floats, kayaks, paddle board, etc. We loved the isolated location, the views and private beach a few steps away. Road to house is tight but parking was fine for 3 cars. Hot tub worked for us and the back yard was nice but had no furniture which would have been nice. We look forward to returning.

Overall we had a nice stay with plenty of amenities. There are some things that are lacking such as on site cleaning supplies, full size broom & dustpan, or a vacuum, and we kept getting visited by Ants. Although there was Ant spray. Some of the cabinetry in the kitchen as well as floors are a bit worn. Seams like normal wear. The access road is tight for large vehicles as well as the driveway is a bit shallow. We were able to fit a Chevy Tahoe in the garage and our Ford F250 in the driveway.

Excellent Home in Quiet Neighborhood with Partial Lake Views
We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. The check in/out process was so easy as was the communication with the property manager, the home was very clean and well maintained, the kitchen was stocked with all of your basic needs to cook meals in, the rooms were comfortable and the lake views were stunning. Everyone in our group enjoyed this home, and would come back for another stay in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with our family! The house was beautiful and quiet. It was just a few steps to the perfect spot in the beach. We had such an amazing time taking out the kayaks and paddle board. It was truly wonderful!

Family reunion
We came to Tahoe for a family reunion 21 ppl total having 2 homes. The home location was perfect for us being able to enjoy the lake and close to downtown . The issues we had I feel could have been taken care of before we arrived. I had asked Zorka the property manager if the paddle boards, kayaks and jacuzzi were on thr premises. She ssid yes to all. No kayaks and the jacuzzi jets were broke. Zorka did get us 2 one person kayaks for our stay. We were happy. The jacuzzi jets werent working I called the maintainence man and he called the ppl who take care of the jacuzzi. They told him the jets were broken. Also told us someone would come out to look at or fix them. Never happened. They told us we were the first people to mention the jacuzzi not working. Well the reviews back in 2021 complained of the jacuzzi not working. There were maintainence issues in the home which I feel are things that just need to be on top off. Our shower upstairs didnt drain well. I can just image the hair and crap that is in there. The kitchen sink had a leak with a bowl under the sink. The CARPET definitely needs removed. It maybe cleaned nut is so stained and worn. Pets are permitted which is a wonderful feature but personally I think tile or any flooring would be better then carpet. All in all the location was great and it accommodating us and met our needs well. The property description should be updated . We left a written list of the things that needed attention in the home. Hoping they were attended too.

Awesome place and area!
The location was great. Such a short walk to beach. The beach area is just beautiful. Cooking utensils were great. Bedrooms awesome. Roll out couch mattress was wonderful just not on the frame but on the floor. The kids loved the foosball table. Deck was nice. We all enjoyed our stay! No problems encountered. Would highly recommend!

Terrific time in Tahoe
It was the perfect home for family to gather, share meals and laughs. Lake view from front bedrooms and nestled in trees just across from hiking paths made a magical stay. Zephyr Cove and Heaven Village is just a short drive away and Carson city was down the hill for additional needs and adventures. Some will enjoy TVs in their rooms while others can enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful home very close to the Lake
Beautiful home just a couple minute walk across the street from the lake. Big beautiful bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for a big group. Only thing to keep in mind is that the neighborhood is quite dense since it's so close to the lake so keep that in mind if you want more privacy or are a louder group. Fortunately, the house seemed to be pretty sound proof so we couldn't hear our neighbors and our neighbors couldn't hear us when we had a midnight indoor dance party.

Everything was great at the property and it was in a wonderful location for summer as it is walking distance to the lake. In the winter you can't get to the lake because of the snow on the footpath. I thought that I had read somewhere on the listing that you had to bring your own firewood. We hauled a bunch of wood up there only to find out the fireplace was gas. Parking is no more than 4 cars and there isn't anywhere nearby to park. The main thing that I want to mention is the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs and an open den area that has no door but does have a bunkbed and a foldout couch. I stayed in the Master Bedroom and the bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. I believe the other beds were comfy as well. The property manager, Julio, was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place and may come back in the summer.

Great family vacation
Overall, the house met expectations for the location and price range. Was a block from a fairly quiet beach with a nice cove. Loved that there were 2 paddle boards available for us to use. The house itself does show some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental. One of the upstairs queen beds is very worn out and should be replaced. Carpet (which is not on the main level) was very dirty. Looks like it needs to be replaced. Backyard is not great, there is turf which is pieced together, it was overgrown with weeds that stuck to my dog, but they were really responsive and came out the next day and took care of it. The hot tub jets do not work, but apparently that is due to a parts shortage, Despite the wear. It was a nice house in a good location. We had a great week and I would stay again.
