Not a good stay.
Was not informed of a $14.00 per night parking fee until we checked in, this is ridiculous since we are paying for room. Had NO housekeeping at ALL- (until our morning of check out- they showed up at 9am wanting to clean the room and we were not even packed yet). We had to go daily to the front desk to ask for towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. We were in town to visit family- we had our grand kids stay with us- hotel was informed of this at check in. But we were asked daily how many people we had in room. I personally witnessed a couple at front desk asking for extra pillows and 3 extra blankets and they were not asked how many people they had. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and never had this kind of treatment , especially with housekeeping. Not sure if I’ll use again.

Addl no notice pkng fee ($15!!!) for unguarded dark and uncovered parking. TV remote did not work. Wifi was as slow as dial up service - had to use cell service for internet. Given the falsely low advertised price (due to unannounced pkng fee), which is the same as lying, I'll never stay at this location again.

As the Hotel was Clean and looked fresh the booking listed a price that I paid. On arrival I was informed that there was a $14.00 charge per night to park in the open/unpatrolled lot that was less than 1/2 full. They then had you fill out the standard form with you plate number but you then had to place a paper in the car that showed you were paid to park. If your charging me and you have my plate you should know that it is approved. This is a simple low price room with extras added in "Bait and Switch"

14$ extra to park your vehicle there. Having a bar, thought would be a plus. But only served 6 beers, and wine. Had a Stella, and it was skunky. Like it had gotten warm, and then chilled again. For 7.25$. Breakfast was served in the morning for an ADDITIONAL FEE ! I cant pretty much deal with everything. But the pay to park? That one kinda irritates me. How are you supposed to get there ? A broom ?? A bus service ?? Seriously ??

Hidden fees- $14 a DAY for parking at the hotel when it’s not a secure parking lot and there are maybe 10 cars in the lot. $15 for a grab and go breakfast is outrageous. The room was clean but the TV is on a small table that is strapped down and you can’t see it while sitting in bed.

The lobby is well decorated and room was clean and efficient. Nice to have mini fridge and micorwave in the room. The $14 per night parking fee was an unpleasant surprise and made the dialy room rate not such a great deal. Was also surprised/disappointed that no movie channels are included--just standard TV channels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel conveninetly located between Glenwwod Springs and Grand Junction, which is exactly what we wanted.

Ive stayed in countless hotels around the western half of the country, and this is one of the best. Its quiet, comfortable, has all the amenities, and the staff is above and beyond. You cant beat the price, either. Lots of bang for your buck here!
