The bathroom shower had paint stains, and the toiletries were all empty. We had to ask for refills but the hotel management weren't to happy when the housekeeper tried to help us. I felt like the management was super stingy in giving out normal amenities such as extra towels as we were a family of 4 that stayed in for four nights. We also had to ask for extra blankets and pillows, they didn't seem to be happy with that either. I think the management needs to take some hospitality and customer service classes so they know how to treat their guests right. The housekeeping staff was great. No issues with them. Just the owner and management team.

Hotel is fine. I had to wipe our counters down they were visibly dirty, thankfully I had wipes. Our tv didn’t work. Our fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. Was there to sleep and get back on the road so it worked out but minor annoyances.
