Lähellä BMW: tä ja GSP-lentokenttää / Olemme aivan pienen, viehättävän Greerin kaupungin ulkopuolella ja vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Greenvillen keskustasta. On kävelyreittejä, juoksureittejä, pyöräilyyn sopivia, uima-allas, poreallas, ulos palo-kuoppaan katetulla kabanalla tv: llä. Sisältää nettomerkin, Alexan, epätavallisen mutta toimivan keittiötilan. Erittäin läheinen pääsy kaikenlaisiin ostospaikkoihin. Vuoret ovat 30 "päässä ja Tryon Horse laitos on vain 36" päässä! Lentokenttä on helppo 10 minuutin ajomatka. A Dream Property!
In August 2024, myself & 2 girlfriends booked this property for 4 days/3 nights to relax in the sun & enjoy the pool. Turns out we chose the perfect place. The vast farm upon which the house sits provides a backdrop of lush green grass & fields, tall trees and perfect privacy! The house was just spotlessly clean. We were provided with thick towels, super-comfy beds and the kitchen has pretty much all you need to prepare basic meals. If you’d rather cook outdoors, a nice barbecue grill is steps away. The pool is amazing! Bigger than it looked in photos & surrounded by a nicely landscaped yard. We couldn’t have imagined a more serene retreat. The host, Julie Carothers, came by to introduce herself, provide info on Greer & Greenville and ask if we needed anything. We found her to be a friendly, helpful host. She responds quickly if needed, but respects one’s privacy as well. Our too-short stay here was totally positive in every way! We plan to return in the future and recommend it highly.

An oasis in Greer.
Such a wonderful stay, we've already booked another. After a few other failed attempts in the area, we found this retreat. My father-in-law lives nearby, so this is a frequent destination for us. A large one bedroom/one bath, with fantastic sitting area both indoor and outside allowed us to relax here for hours. Oscar the cat is a nice attendant (just don't allow him inside). Sightings of Meg the horse are amazing. Of course, the host, Julie, will greet you upon arrival if timing is right, and make sure all is great. Property is a ranch with acres of grass and massive trees which provide a relaxing view and complete separation from the surrounding area. Quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The outside gazebo is comfy, and includes a couch, chairs, fan, firepit, tv, grill, jacuzzi and pool. What more could one want? We enjoyed the afternoon/evenings under the gazebo, sitting on the comfy furniture by the fire pit.

It was very peaceful and well kept. Very friendly and I loved Oliver. Pictures are accurate and they will allow you to walk to farm. Also very close to a lot of food choices and the owner even suggests places that they commonly enjoy.

Excellent stay at the farm!
Julie was very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The property was absolutely beautiful, and we had our own little private area. Oscar the welcoming committee cat was so sweet and friendly. My son loved him! I would highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay in Greer.

Quiet get away close to everything
We were hoping for some quiet and relaxing family time away and Julie’s farm delivered! Roaming the grounds and splashing in the pool were our favorite activities, and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property! Julie is an excellent host.

A scenic getaway
This has been one of the best trip my family and I had. We enjoyed the amazing sceneries. The property was very cozy, private and felt like home. The master bedroom was large enough for a rollaway. The living room had a queen size hideaway. There was a small kitchen with all the essentials. The bathroom was perfect with a shower. There was a private pool and many walking trails on the property. Also, there was private patio with a TV, fire place table, and grill. It was very cozy and homey. Our children had a wonderful time swimming in day, and star gazing and making s’mores at night. The host, Mrs Julie is a wonderful person, very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. While this was our first time with this platform, she was very helpful and answered ever question that we had. We enjoyed every second of the property. We gave this trip 5 stars, but if we can give more we would’ve. We meet Mrs Julie and her husband as we were leaving. They very kind and gracious. We’re are looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend this property for a nice and private getaway for the family. Thank you so much for a wonderfully experience.

Amazing
We were very excited about the key feature of the summer "Swimming Pool", Julie our host walked me around the large grounds of the farm , which had a beautiful Horse name Meg and a loving cat. I was also welcomed with smelling the beautiful aroma of fresh grown lavender in her garden. 💜 I am by far a City girl, but Julie was so helpful with the farm life. We came for our Family reunion and this was the most relaxing fun place for my son who is 9years old and my partner and I also enjoyed the fire pit, television on the deck and most of all the sounds of nature. I recommend this place for anyone.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Julie was so nice and answered all of our questions. She was so kind to show me around when we first arrived. The property itself was so beautiful. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. The gazebo and fire pit was the perfect place to dry off. The king sized bed was so comfortable after a long day of swimming. The location had so many great spots to eat. To top it off, we got to meet Oscar the cat who we instantly fell in love with! We will definitely be back!
