Tämä 1350 neliön jalka, viides kerros huoneisto on RIGHT rannalla; ei ole rakennuksia, jotka erottavat Legacy rannalta. Siinä on king-vuode, 2 queen-sänkyä ja sohva. Hotellissa on ulkouima-allas ja suuri puutarha-amme kylpyhuoneessa. On upeat näkymät kaikkiin suuntiin ja sijaitsevat aivan hiekalla! Tule alas ja nauti rannasta ja aktiviteeteista.
Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee:
- alle kilometrin päässä Gulf Shoresin sydämestä
- alle tunnin ajomatkan päässä Mobile, Alabama
- alle kolmekymmentä minuuttia Pensacolasta, Floridasta

Massiivisella parvekkeella on olohuoneen avajaiset, ja siitä on upeat näkymät auringonlaskuun. Olohuoneessa on sohva ja kaksi kääntyvää lepotuolia ja suuri televisio.
Meidän makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kaksi vaatekaappia, kaksi yöpöytää, TV ja pukeutuja aivan kotiin. Meidän isäntä kylpyhuone sijaitsee pois makuuhuone.
Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi erillisellä puutarhatyynyllä sekä kaksi erillistä turhuutta.
Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta ovat Queen-size-vuoteet, joissa on televisio ja kaappeja.
Keittiömme on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, liesi, astianpesukone, jätehuolto, pesuallas ja paljon vastaustilaa tarpeidesi mukaan! Meillä on kaikki keittiötarvikkeet, joten sinun tarvitsee vain ruokaa ja nälkäinen perheesi! Meillä on myös ruokapöytä kuudelle istua ja nauttia!

Golf outing in Nov
Rated 4 star because of mattresses in middle and back bedrooms. Both are very "tired" and soft. Drop when sitting on mattress side is quite deep. no chairs in middle bedroom, and had to sit on mattress when putting on shoes. We had a very nice time in the condo. Kitchen and living room area are quite nice and balcony has quite nice furniture. We liked the low density of the condo building and elevator was fast.

Condo was okay
The beach and pool area were very nice. The condo was roomy enough but had issues with fans, freezer and noises from upstairs. Master bedroom/bath didn't cool like rest of condo. The condo is old and kind of worn and needs some cleaning and tlc.

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and safe and had direct access to their pool and beach front. We really enjoyed the living space, kitchen, and the 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Jimmy and Terry were great to work with when we had questions about how to use the fan remotes and the new digital lock on the front door. We will recommend this condo to others and will hopefully stay there again.

Great location
Overall we had a great trip. The smaller size of the building meant we didn’t have to wait for the elevator and there was plenty of parking. The condo was very roomy, my kids were happy to each have their own room and bathroom, that is hard to find in beach listings. There was plenty of seating and we never felt cramped. The unit itself could benefit from some updating in the kitchen and master bathroom.

Older unit - but nice - hate the key entry
Pros: smaller unit so less foot traffic, quicker elevators, more parking, not as noisy. The walk from the pool to the beach was super short which was very nice. Cons: the biggest frustration and annoyance was the keyed front door. You have to use a physical key to lock the door knob and dead bolt. This just seemed so out of date from what we are use to using and was a huge hassle when you were carrying a bunch of stuff. Then you had the anxiety of keeping up with these keys or having the added step of putting them in a lock box every time. The other doors on our floor had traditional hotel style doors with either a code or a card. Would love to see this door updated. On the inside there was not a security lock at the top of the door. With small children it’s something i like to see for peace of mind. The balcony door was super hard to open, I’m not sure if it’s suppose to be like that as a child proof feature or if it’s just old. But it almost felt like you were pulling it off the track to get it to open. Also, there was no bedding for the pull out bed. We ended up having to use a top sheet off another bed to cover the mattress. There were pillows and think fleece blankets in the closets but not extra sheets for the pull out bed. It advertises sleeping 8 so IMO there should have been another set of sheets to use with that bed. Overall I would probably stay there again but these were a few things that cause inconvenient annoyances. We definitely had a great time! Thank you

Good location - dirty & several items needed attention
We were disappointed in the condition of the condo. Before we arrived the owner was very responsive however while we were there they did not return our phone call about issues. We liked the layout of the condo & the furniture dining table was very worn and sticky, it couldn't be cleaned.

Wonderful responsive owner
The condo was more spacious than the pictures make it look. Each bedroom has a bathroom. We had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable but the most important thing in staying in a rental is when there’s an issue ownership is responsive. We got in late the first night and the hvac was running a little warm. I emailed in the morning and a few hours later it was fixed. We really appreciated the prompt service.

Our weekend getaway
The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We saw the dolphins playing in the water. The sunset was amazing. Only down side was there wasn't a frying pan kinda hard to make food without one. All in all we had a great time & will definitely be back.

Family Vacation
Mr. Garrett, was very easy to work with. The booking and paying for our stay was very easy. The condo was clean upon our arrival. We had 5 adults, so the 2 queen and 1 king size beds worked great for us. The balcony was a little small, but you are at the beach, so not much time spent on the balcony😀. We would definitely stay at this location or another one of Mr. Garrett's properties.

Nice condo on the beach with amazing view
Our family visited Gulf Shores for the 1st time and stayed in this 5th floor condo right on the beach. The view from the balcony of the Gulf Coast was amazing. There was a nice living room, kitchen, dining room table, 3 bedrooms with big beds, 2 connected baths and another 1 for the 3rd bedroom. Elevator was very quick. Very quiet and didn't hear any neighbors. Beach was easily accessible through the pool. Restaurants and store in walking distance. Only negative was that we had to board our yorkie we were planning on bringing due to changes in HOA policy 3 weeks before visit. Host communicated well and we had no issues during our stay. We would stay here again if we visit the Gulf Coast again.
