Take in the unforgettable beach and ocean views from your private balcony as you plan your next moves. The open floor plan of this condo makes it easy to share fun times with your family or friends. While your guests relax in the living room, either watching or streaming something on the flatscreen TV or browsing on their phones using the free WiFi to search for the most popular restaurants, you can put on the chef's apron and treat them to a savory meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. The six-person dining table is just ideal for family meals, but if you all are in a rush, the breakfast bar also has enough space for four people.
Additionally, guests will be granted access to shared amenities, including charcoal grills, a rec center, and an outdoor swimming pool.
THINGS TO KNOW
Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
