Nice quiet area and very handy for a volisist to Glasgow areas. Huge TV Lots of space in the room Clean Only reason sor not all 5 stars was because of the droning noise coming from the extractor fan in the bathroom that I wasn't able to shut off Otherwise great

Was there for three nights Stayed at this hotel two or three times before and really enjoyed it. Stayed at HbyH in various cities including Munich and Nuremberg. However this stay was shocking. Sofa bed cushions were stained to a disgusting level Curtains were obviously never introduced to an iron. Constant noise from the bathroom fan was absolute pain Some staff were very pleasant, but other staff were very dismissive, if not rude. I will continue to stay at HbyH, but I will not be back to Hamilton Park.

Lovely break.
Third time at this hotel. Little luxury gifts that we used to get were missing this year. No biscuits or water in the room. No free drink on arrival. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

My 11 year old son was extremely ill overnight and the staff were amazing. They gave us another room and insisted on cleaning it themselves even though we were willing to clean up after him. We were so impressed by the kindness, efficiency and professionalism that the staff provided in a difficult situation for us.

Amazing hotel
This hotel is AMAZING value for money. This was our second stay while visiting family. Desk staff are welcoming and cannot do enough to help. Room is spotless. Warm and comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast included and is off the scale fab! Great choice of food and the waffle maker……well what can i say! Hats off to every member of staff who make this hotel great!

Fantastic value, great service.
Second time staying here and will do so again. First time to have evening meal and delighted by the choice and value for money as there is a kids menu as well. Good clean comfortable room for family of 4.
