Cosy and peaceful
This little cottage is wonderful and far away from everything. Tucked into the woods at the top of a steep hill, it’s very quiet and very dark at night. It’s furnished simply and comfortably. The trees wrap around the deck and keep it cool in the morning and evenings. It’s tiny (no couch/living room), ideal for a single person but doable for couples who don’t need personal space. Little kitchen had everything necessary (we even made a cake!). Bob was a delight and made sure we had everything we needed. I’m honored to be his first guest and will reserve this place again at the first opportunity. (One warning, due to recent construction, the gravel driveway is rutted and tricky to navigate for smaller cars. We drove a Jeep and still bounced around a lot going up and down the hill. Just a heads up if that matters to you).
