My room had no remote for the t.v, the microwave didn't work and the breakfast area was tiny and ran out of food by 9am.

Housekeeping skills need to be updated

There were hairs under the toilet site and in the refrigerator. The shower curtain was too short and water went all over the floor. Otherwise the rest of the room was great.

Staff were excellent. Room decor was dated and although non smoking smelled like it may have been a smoking room once upon a time?! Cleanliness of bathroom could use some extra TLC in the cornersand behind the door. Parking was easy and convenient. Just across street from outlet shopping.

We had a quick stay here. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Hotel was dated, but generally clean. Pool was also dated and could use some attention. Breakfast was hot, and a good number of options.

Negatives: Quite dated property. We took 2 bedrooms both rooms had peculiar smell in them. Linens were dirty and had stains on them. Bathroom was size of closet not clean at all. Could easily spot lot of hair in bath tub. Flooring is quite old and you could spot dirt in the room didnt feel like walking barefoot. Positives: Breakfast was nice, spacious parking and literally walking distance to premium outlet. Would not visit again. I'd remind myself to pay another 100$-150$ to get a nicer and cleaner property

Not fit for someone in wheelchair/scooter

Not handicap accessible at all! None of the doors into the building have buttons to get in. The door to the room was so hard to open. Chew can left behind TV. No remote for TV. AC did not work had to put it on 60 to get the room slightly cool. Breakfast room is very small and difficult to get scooter in.

I will NEVER stay at another Best Western. What disappointing treatment. I made a mistake with booking Grove City, Pennsylvania, but I wanted Grove City, Ohio. I called to change but was told I could not, even when I requested to change to a Best Western in Grove City, Ohio.

Room was ok. Staff at front desk wanted us to contact Expedia as they couldn’t find our reservation. I gave all the confirmations and they still wanted me to call. After some back and forth, they “found it”. Pool was freezing, but the kids enjoyed it.
