Pelican 4: llä odottaa täydellistä perhelomaa. Täydellinen perheen loma koko perheelle, mukaan lukien neljä jalkaista jäsentä! 4 Pelican on 4 makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpyhuoneen, maanpinnan tason koti kaikella, mitä tarvitset ihanteelliseen lomaan. Taloon tullessasi löydät tärkeimmät asuintilat. Olohuoneessa on iso taulutelevisio, runsaasti istumapaikkoja ja näkymät ruokasaliin ja avoimeen keittiöön. Ruokapöydässä on pöytä 6: lle, mutta älä huoli. Siellä on myös aamiaisbaari, jossa on 3 baarituolia ja toinen alue, jossa on pubikokoinen pöytä ja 4 jakkaraa, joten kaikille on tilaa. Aivan aulan alapuolella on 1. vierashuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja vuodesohva. Siellä on myös oma kylpyhuone. Jatkaen aulassa on vierashuone, jossa queen-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Viimeisessä vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja toinen kylpyhuone. Aulan lopussa on makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone, jossa queen-vuode, taulutelevisio ja pääsy suurelle takapihalle.

Heti keittiön ovet ovat suurelle takapihalle ja uima-altaalle / kylpylälle. Takapihalla on myös runsaasti istuma-, grilli- ja ruokailusettiä upeaksi ulkoruokana. Koko perhe nauttii uima-altaasta ja siihen liittyvästä kylpylästä sanan jälkeen rannalla. Rannasta puhutaan, että hiekka voi olla varpaiden välissä alle 5 minuutissa 4 Pelicanin etuovesta. Coligny Plaza on myös vain lyhyen 5 minuutin pyöräretki!

Annual Family Getaway
The backyard was a total oasis! Our pup and family had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing. We would definitely stay there again if we need a place again. If you like soft beds this is the place for you! My family loved the beds. The owners have done an amazing job with this property.

Beautiful property and family friendly!
The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was amazing to have four separate full bathrooms for our family to get ready each day and not have to share. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed in the way of pots, pans, bowls, etc. The pool was great and the property is only a short walk to the beach, as well as really close to all the shops at Coligny Beach. The rental company was responsive and proactive in ensuring our happiness with our stay. Thanks for providing a great home for our trip!

A lot of Shade
We traveled with 2 older dogs and wanted a house with a pool. This was the perfect set up for dogs. A big fenced back yard, hard surface floors, they even had a dog/baby gate to block off an area if you wanted - this was great as our oldest has sight/hearing issues and we could keep him in one area of the home. One item i was not a fan, but my husband loved - was the shaded pool. Im a fan of the sun, and i had to chase the sun when using the pool. My husband who typically lives in the shade when we go to the beach loved every minute in the perfectly shaded pool. The Live Oaks are huge in this yard, creating a lot of shade. We did have a problem fridge, which the host knew about and had a temporary fridge in the home until the brand new fridge arrived during our stay. Thats just something that happens - and it was handled in a professional manner. The property manager gets an A+ for communication on this. The home is older, in great shape, but could use a few updates and fix what ever is causing the mold smell in the hall as well as deep clean the corners, curtains and tops of stationary items in the primary bedroom. There was a lot of old dust webs that require a deep clean. (we all get them in our home, but for some reason they were in abundance during our stay) Would i return to this home - yes Would i recommend it - yes. The location was quiet, the walk to the beach easy. The proximity to the Stores/Restaurants was good. (walkable for some)

Perfect for all
We loved our stay here. We traveled with our 2 adult children and their spouses and 3 fur babies. This home was perfect for all. It was very clean, with comfortable mattresses, a well stocked kitchen, great outdoor furniture, and beach supplies to borrow. We especially loved the privacy of each bedroom with its own bath. We even had a bed/bath combo extra. The pool was perfect under the beautiful trees. We did have to deal with leaves from the trees falling into the pool, but it was definitely worth it for the shade and privacy we had in the backyard. Communication and check-in/out was supportive, well timed, and friendly. I loved the cute paw prints on the welcome mat. Such a fun addition to let us know our furbabies really were welcome. Highly recommended this home for furbabies and large groups.

Convenient Family Beach Fun
Convenient location ideal for family fun. The house was larger than we needed for our family of three but gave everyone plenty of space. Bedrooms each had a private bath and a sense of separation. The living and dining areas offered all the necessary amenities. The private fenced yard offered the option to relax in the pool. The ninth row location provided quick access to the ocean. Only one mile Coligny beach, restaurants, and shoppes. The in home washer and dryer were quite welcome. Excellent communication from the hosts through the entire stay.

Perfect location and home
This home was the perfect getaway for our multi-generational family. The home, in a quiet, peaceful community, is perfectly appointed, clean, and exactly as promised. It's an easy less than five minute walk to the beach, close to Coligny and everything a family could want for a beach vacation. Love it and would stay there again!

The house was great. Very spacious. Very nice that each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower. The family enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The fenced back yard was safe for our dog. Hope to visit again!

Nice Stay
I stayed with my family for a week and had a great time. The dogs enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed the pool area. The house was clean and well appointed. The mattresses were actually excellent and we slept well all week. A short walk or bike to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Family Beach Vacation
Our family of 5 plus a couple guests fit comfortably in the house. Our children range in age 18-25 and they enjoyed all Hilton Head had to offer. Beach was so close, backyard pool for relaxing, golf, Coligny Plaza and a couple late nights too. The house had everything you could possibly need on vacation and was exactly as was listed online. Our dog Roxie also enjoyed her stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Great week in HH
House was just as described. We brought our pup and the backyard was perfect for him. The pool was really nice. It’s hard to keep clean bc of trees, but otherwise awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great property with good amenities. Location is relatively close to the beach and has a nice shaded backyard with pool to cool off after the beach. Note, the roundabout in front of the house is part of the road, not the driveway.

Hilton Head visit
All good, enjoyed by all. Been vacationing on Hilton Head annually for 25 years with family. Only issue was on first day, my grandson 17 was riding his bike on street on way to beach and was stopped by neighbor woman across the street who wanted to know who he was and why he was riding the bike. Told him they lived there and wild things happened in that house and the people who lived there ( which she repeated to my other grandaughter over and over again} did not like people riding bikes on the street. My daughters { school teachers} went out to find what was the problem but could not locate the lady.. For this reason alone we will probably will not use this location alone.. Everything else for the week was perfect Thank You

Very nice place
Nice check in process....tablet onsite with all instructions and local guides. Very nice place. Plenty of space for our party of 9. Cute pool and spa. Well stocked kitchen... plenty of bedding....comfy furniture. Short walk to beach, good access to bike trails....close to Coligny and yet far enough away. Only issues were internet and pool. Internet was very weak. Tropical storm Elsa blew in and out on wednesday night...never got our pool cleaned afterwards and it was 90 degrees each day. Hard to manage with 2 babies and a pregnant mother. We totally understand that a natural event is out of one's control but rental companies should know their capacity to deal with situations and adjust.....or expect to refund, at very least, the unused portion of pool heat (which was an extra charge).

Spacious house for our party of six. Backyard is secluded and a great place to relax around the pool and hot tub. Very short walk to the beach. Property management were extremely nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
