Near Harbourtown

Location relative to Harbourtown was wonderful. Access to the courts of this complex was perfect for what we were looking for. Unit could use some updating, but was neat and clean. Kitchen is appropriate for basic meals.

Great time in Sea Pines

We had a great time last week in Sea Pines. This rental was as pictured. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The trolley stop is at the other end of this building and very convenient for getting around Sea Pines. The location is quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The beds were comfy. We never saw a gator on the property. I'm sure there was one there, we just never got to see one. We did see some in other areas. We would def stay here again! Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location

Short walk to Harbor Town as this is an end unit closest to the entrance. Unit is dated. Rusty shower hooks and in general a used look. This was like staying at a Days Inn. Old kitchen appliances that were functional. Rental agency was low tech. Showed up at 5:15pm and they were closed. Did not see in the email check in is from 4pm to 5pm. Our key info was left in an unlocked mailbox at the front door. Keyless entry to the unit so not sure why they couldn't email us the code. Enjoyed the stay. Don't expect much and you will not be disappointed.

Great Location

This property is located close to everything. We could easily bike to the beach, to the Salty Dog, to Harbor Town…..just perfect. The bed in the master bedroom is the most amazingly comfortable bed ever. Overall the condo itself is dated, but not a bad deal for the price.

Pics are deceiving

Pics were pretty deceiving. Place was very small. Not worth what we paid. I’m not sure if there was a sq foot listing - but the pics made the place look 2x what it is. Bathrooms were 70’s. Clean but real old. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Back aches first 2 hours of the day. Cable in main living room wasn’t working - did not want to take the time to fix the landlords cable. Carpet felt like it had no padding under and was pretty dirty. The whole place needs a make over for the price they charged. It’s bs really, just because you are in sea pines doesn’t mean you can not update your condo. Fridge was the bare bones model - no water filter. Water with out filter in sea pines is about as tasty as hot garbage. We had friends that paid about what we did in the dunes - much better area, 1500 more square feet and a sleep number bed. Truth in advertising failed here. This place was the condo equivalent of a motel 6. I guess it was clean. I.. guess.

Great location

The property is a easy 10 minute walk to Harbour Town or Sea Pines Center with restaurants, and shops. There are bike trails everywhere which we enjoyed using daily. The property has a nice little deck to enjoy a quiet peaceful meal on.

Pleased overall

Location and proximity to Harbour Town was great. We were in for the long Thanksgiving holiday and had family across the street so that also worked out nice. No issues at all with cleanliness, but there are some easy fixes and updates that could very much improve the property. We had a few snags on day 1 and we were able to contact the management company extremely easily and they offered several solutions which were very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of the properties managed by this company again.

Great location. Affordable and clean.

The condo is obviously aging but was just fine or our needs. The one concern we had that deserves immediate attention are the electrical outlets in the bathroom and first-floor bedroom. They need replaced because they cannot hold a plug. We struggled to use blowdryers and flatirons the whole visit. A frustrating little problem. Thank you!

Nice little condo

The condo is very close to Harbor Town and the lighthouse. We really enjoyed our daily runs around SeaPines, going to the lighthouse, and swimming in the pool. The loft was slightly smaller than we thought, but it was plenty of room for my kids. It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms, even if this condo is still considered a 1 bedroom.

Last minute get away

Location was why we picked the property. Easy access to the bike trail, Harbor Town and all other things Sea Pines offers. We mainly stay in Sea Pines so we can bike everywhere. The Condo was ok. I did read reviews before booking about the mold in the shower and they were correct. We just used the upstairs bathroom since it was newer. Twin beds were hard which I also read in a review but the master bed was super comfy. Glad just my 12 yr old came w/us. She joined us for the 3 nights in the king bed. The only other thing was the hot plate on the coffee pot was damaged so it didn't keep it hot after the 1st cup. We are big time coffee drinkers so that's important. Good thing Harbor Town Bakery was close. All in all, pricing was good along with location. The unit however could use a good deep clean. I will keep reviews in mind next time we are booking a stay.

Great Midweek Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights, and everything was perfect. Unit was as advertised, very clean (I have NO clue what those one or two bad reviews were going on about). Very easy to get to everything in Sea Pines, and lost of helpful info about the community. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint family spot. Great location.

Seashore Vacations was excellent. Great communication and our unit was ready hours before we expected! There was a musty smell as if the a.c. hadnt been running in quite a while. The kids dont notice these things, and they loved the cute little loft area which had a bathroom, beds, and their own tv. King bed very comfortable; slept great. Pictures taken by professionals always make units look a little better than real life, and it's no different in this case. If you are used to Hilton Head, this is a very normal unit for sea pines. If you are used to Miami or LA modern glitzy minimalist condos... Maybe Hilton Head isn't for you.
