A good stay in Lapland
Overall it’s was a good stay, but there were some cons like the cleanness of the room service and the breakfast. Pros: comfortable beds, excellent location and nice staff

Great staff- tired hotel that wasnt the cleanest
Great staff, great location but the room was tired and there were off putting brown stains on the fabric furniture. Very very expensive for what is a travelodge standard hotel. For that money it should have been at least clean

It’s very convenient to the train station. It’s a 20 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. There’s a mall across the street and there are several restaurants. Across the hotel is a bus stop to go to Santa Claus village.

Overall we liked the property as far as cleanliness and dining options are concerned but maintenance response is poor. Our wash sink clogged and when we reported the problem no one came to fix the issue. Also, the rooms you stay is bit far from the main resort so we had use a sledge to transfer our luggage to our room in the winter. This can be a bit of challenge and safety hazard as one one slip and fall on the icy road at some some spots. Other than these we loved the property especially the dining options and the fact that one could see northern lights sleeping on your bed from your laser heated glass igloo.
