Lovely cottage very close to Lake Ontario in a quiet quaint neighborhood. RECENT UPDATES INCLUDE: new plumbing, sewer hook up, new roof, and windows. Access to the lake in just seconds on foot. Enjoy a nice refreshing swim or relax in the hot tub. Nice yard and a lot of outdoor seating, along with a grill. 20 Minutes to downtown Rochester. About a hour and half scenic drive along the lake to Niagara Falls and Canada. Great bars, breweries and restaurants within a short drive.
