Immediately across a rarely traveled, dead end road are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get much better than this!

Anna Maria Beach place provides two gas grills, an onsite laundry room with two coin operated washers and dryers as well as a supply of beach chairs and toys.

Nothing was overlooked during recent remodel of unit 3. The kitchen and bathroom were totally renovated. The open design kitchen features solid surface counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all new kitchen cabinets. The bathroom was totally renovated as well. The entire unit is very nicely furnished with a tropical flair and brand new living room furniture fall of 2019. This ground level gem features one bedroom and one bath that will sleep four with a king size bed and a queen size air mattress. The bed features quality high-end 100% cotton linens. Other features include wireless high speed internet, free domestic long distance calling, and an expanded cable TV package. There is a 42” flat screen television with DVD player in the living room a 28” flat screen television with a DVD player in the bedroom. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need so you can relax and enjoy your wonderful Anna Maria Island getaway. This owner also provides a beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas for your use.

There is a small private patio at the back of this unit – a perfect, quiet spot to relax with a book.

Anna Maria Beach Place has a one week minimum stay.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.
