Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Bin mit den drei Kindern angekommen um zu erfahren dass das Zimmer gar nicht frei ist. Es war 21 Uhr, keine Anstalten uns zu helfen. Mussten darauf hin noch nach Hause fahren.
