"Olimme varanneet hotellin mm. uima-altaan vuoksi ja luotimme Hilton-ketjun olevan hyvälaatuinen. Hotelli oli kuitenkin huonossa kunnossa: huoneessa kulunut kokolattiamatto ja kylpyhuoneessa kuluneet kalusteet ja amme. Suihkussa vedenpaine oli matala. Jo hissistä astuessa vastaan tuli hirveä haju. Huoneessa ei tehnyt mieli kävellä paljain jaloin kuluneen kokolattiamaton takia. Sängyt olivat ok.
Uima-allasalue pukuhuoneineen oli todella huono. Naisten pukuhuoneessa oli muutama kaappi, mutta niitä ei saanut lukkoon, miesten puolella kaapit olivat poissa käytöstä. Pyyhkeitä ei ollut pukuhuoneessa ja mennessämme uimaan niitä ei ollut missään, mutta lopulta uimavalvoja toi niitä lisää altaalle (pukuhuoneessa niitä ei ollut lainkaan). Aukioloaikoja ei ollut missään, joten pääsimme vain kerran uimaan. Henkilökunta kertoi kysyttäessä joka kerta eri aukioloajat. QR-koodin kautta piti saada kaikki infot hotellista, mutta näin ei ollut. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia, moni ei lainkaan, joten infoa oli vaikea saada.
Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen, muttei hintansa veroinen. Hotellin ravintola oli todella kallis ja annokset huonot: esim. klubileivässä oli kaksi pientä kanapalaa ja kuivaa leipää.
Ärsyttävintä kuitenkin oli se, että koko matkalaukun sisällön joutui pesemään matkan jälkeen, koska huoneessa ollut haju tarttui vaatteisiin, vaikka huoneessa pystyi tuulettamaan. Kosteusongelmia?
Kuvissa huone näyttää olevan ok, mutta käytännössä koko hotelli vaatisi remontointia."
