"Despite some ups and downs, the hotel was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and breakfast was decent. The main disappointment for me was the rooftop pool: no service available; water in the pool stagnant, cloudy and visibly unpleasant; at one point the pool area was even used by some guests as a drying area for their sweaty shirts, socks and shoes ..disgusting! Also the jacuzzi was permanently out of service. For me the choice of hotel often depends on the availability of the pool, so not being able to enjoy the pool was quite a big deal. I sincerely hope the hotel steps up and starts taking better care of it's pool area for guests to enjoy. Greetings."
