When we first arrived at the room it was completely covered in trash and smelled of old beer. After telling the clerk, he tried to find another room but was unable to. We ended up waiting for about 1.5 hours with 3 children. After it was "cleaned " we noticed that there was only one trash can and no ice bucket. When we went to get an ice bucket we were told they do not have any and would try to find one, neither of which actually happened. Since we were checked in and exaustwd after driving 7 hours we went to bed. After day 2 we asked for towels and were told that they dont usually give them to those staying 3 days or less. Lastly at checkout we were told that our security deposit would be returned which like all things this property says is not the truth. The breakfast is terrible, the service subpar, the conditions deplorable, the only semi redemptive quality is its location and access to the highway.

Room was ok clean and the hotel was quiet butcalled front desk a couple of times because remote to TV didn't work nobody picked up. The stay was relaxing.

They were not clean every room they swapped me in had roaches and the tub didn’t not drain properly. The breakfast was not good. And it was roaches in the elevator also. The sheets on the beds were not clean. I found another person belongings under a table so that let me know they didn’t clean and a sock was under the sheets from someone before me.

The elevators were not working (seemed like awhile because the sign was old) There was a cockroach in our room next to the bed The breakfast options were not that great The person at the front desk during checkout was very loudly arguing with somebody over the phone and make things quite uncomfortable ON the bright side... price wasn't that bad. Still, would not really want to stay there again

Roaches everywhere the elevator is not working the carpet is old nasty i have no idea why this hotel still on the market.

This property is in deplorable condition. As we arrived we noticed the globes around the pool are broken & the pool was littered with old trash faded by the sun. The hot tub was dirty. Upon entering the lobby we were greeted by an inoperable elevator. The man at the desk was on the phone & had zero interest in checking us in. After more than 5 minutes of waiting, we interrupted the conversation & requested to be checked in. The man stopped his conversation long enough to inform us that no rooms were available until 3:00 because they are short staffed. Since the website states check-in is at 2:00, we decided to give it another try. We interrupted him again & insisted he have our room ready at 2:00 & since the elevator was broken we wanted a room on the first level. When we returned at 2:20 our room was ready for us. The microwave did not work properly & burned a hole thru the paper cup full of water. We could not use the coffee pot because the basket that holds the grounds was missing. The toilet lost water in the tank so it continued to refill the tank every 10 minutes. This made sleeping difficult. The floor was sticky due to whatever cleaner they used, so going without shoes was a definite no-go. Wearing shoes was treacherous if our shoes were wet as the thick coating of floor soap made the floor extremely slippery. The chair & sofa were filthy. The tub was incredibly slippery & since the grab bar is positioned at knee height, it was useless to assist us safely.
