Room smelled like mold. Room was filthy, yes filthy! We had to change rooms. We paid in full 2 months ago and room we payed for was not either room we ended up in.
Room didn’t have glass shower like showed,had mold in fridge ,and on top of fridge ,stains dripping down wall,holes scraped in walls hotel was a complete catfish . They also let someone upstairs in my room without checking I’d or anything it could have been anybody security checks are horrible .they owe me 1 day’s reimbursement and never received it yet .
Dirty rooms and badly needs repainting. Mold growing in corner of shower/tibNo lamps on nightstands and people below were so loud and played music to which I called front desk and they said they would take care of it, but they continued this well after midnight.

The middle eastern lady at the front desk was very rude and I believe she stole my engagement ring. This afternoon my finance and I checked out of room 218. We were gone for 30 minutes before I realized that my engagement ring was still on the counter in the bathroom, where I placed it to take a shower. I was told that nobody had been in the room and was told I can go check it out by the lady sitting at the front desk, However, somebody had been in the room because there were new blankets on the dresser. I asked the housekeeper if she had been in that room or did she see my rings (there’s a total of 3 but my engagement ring is my only concern) she stated No, then she said she did go in there but the door was already opened when she went in there. I let the woman know at the front desk and my finance asked her if she could run the cameras or if she could see the key log. She stated she could not. We asked for the number for the manager and we were given a number that was disconnected. During our 5 day stay, we were originally given a key to a room that was already occupied on July 5th. We walked into somebody’s room and noticed clothes and shoes, immediately turned around and told the man at the front desk. He then gave us keys to room 218 where we stayed during the storm with no power. I bring this up because, this morning we heard 2 women unlock our door, but luckily we had the extra lock on so they were not able to get in. I have filed a police report& a report with Sonesta
