Great location
I rented the property for an employee from Dallas that was training. I wanted a locatiin that was walking distfrom restaurants and also safe. She enjoyed the property and apartment. It was essy for her to walk to the restaurants and shops at City Center. We will continue to rent this place for future corporate use.

Great stay in a great location
I was impressed with the information and support leading into check-in, although the number of lock-boxes on site caused some confusion. The apartment and overall facility is great and has all the amenities and more. It may be advisable to highlight the number of dogs on the property, as well as the unit location next to the dog yard where people bring their dogs out 24/7. The unit, the overall facility, is great, many thanks for a good stay, would not hesitate to come again.

Dogs Dogs Dogs‼️
The check-in process is getting a key out of the lockbox with no instructions on where exactly the lockbox is located. Check-in was delayed due to not knowing the location of the lockbox, after speaking to the manager to get the location of the lockbox the code given to unlock was already on the lockbox and no key was inside. After contacting the manager again she states she was somewhere in the building and can bring the key. She brings the key and the gate card that needed to gain access to the location, this is after the 3 pm check-in and I was on the property before 3 pm. After getting the keys and getting on the property. The property is nice as expected but the smell of the dogs is overpowering. The dog smell is in the halls and throughout the property, not the inside of the apartment. If you love the smell of dogs you’ll be fine but I don’t. The apartment is next to the dog park as well, so there will be barking from the dogs which I preferred over the smell. When attempting to take advantage of the pool in the afternoon I was surprised by a lock and chain on the gate of the pool. There wasn’t access to the pool during our stay and I would have picked another location had I known. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures I would suggest maybe just smaller. To have an adequate stay I would recommend bringing paper towels (it’s a holder in the bathroom and kitchen (there were maybe 12 sheets combined), a sponge to wash dishes or wipe anything up ( I had to go buy one) toilet paper ( there was 1 extra roll with the roll nearly gone). I couldn’t get a good nights sleep here and I wouldn’t recommend based on the smell of dogs that’s throughout the property halls. I’m airing the smell out my car at this very moment. This property is in a great location but it’s a hard pass based on the dog smell.

Excellent week. Good facilities. Located next to a dog park so can be a little barky at times. Otherwise quiet. Local rep sorted out a few minor issues. Great area with many dining options in walking distance and quiet roads for early morning running

Fantastic spot!
This apartment complex is top of the line! The amenities are awesome. The outdoor kitchen area was so neat. The pool alone makes me want to go back during warmer weather. There is an endless amount of shopping, entertainment and restaurants within short walks. We went bowling one night at the bowling alley which was definitely geared towards adults. Such a neat atmosphere and great drinks! I suggest Snooze as a brunch spot. So very delicious! My only complaint with the room is that it was a bit confusing once I got there. I was dropped off by an Uber in the front of the building (where the GPS takes you) and ended up having to walk around to the back where the parking garage entrance was located. Once there, I had to call to get help finding the lock box. After getting inside the hallway, the room was quite a long way away from where the lockbox was located. I think if I were driving and had parked in the garage, the check in directions may have made more sense. The check in directions were very thorough though and the property manager was quick to answer her phone and help me with getting the keys! My complaint about check in is not anywhere near an excuse not to book this property. Just be sure to read the check in instructions carefully and ahead of arrival. Definitely will be booking again.

Clean and super cozy! Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. Great location - close to shops and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Villages and will definitely be coming back!

Clean, great location, great communication
Very clean and nice apartment, stocked with goodies. There was a listing glitch on the VRBO side and some great communication from property management to make sure we were pleased with the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
