Service at the front desk was fantastic, but the lobby had a very strong musty odor. Rooms were little dated, but clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for event at NRG stadium. All staff was very friendly

Just okay. Walkable to stadium.
Hotel was easily accessible and about a 15 min easy walk to the NRG stadium. The staff were AMAZING. Only complaint would be no thermostat in the rooms and they weren’t anything fancy. Small bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

Rooms were good, beds were comfy. Place is showing its age but is kept as nice as possible. Very convenient if you're attending NRG stadium. Would stay again for the beds, staff, and convenience.

Two days without hot water, housekeeping staff does not speak English and when I asked if there would be any consideration for the inconvenience for the water issue they simply said no that would be Expedia's responsibility… Ive been an executive in the hotel casino industry for 45 years in Nevada and the attitude of tough s___ bestowed by the property staff would be grounds for termination if they worked for me! Absolutely terrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. Our room was extremely hot; children were in distress we literally almost went to sleep in the car. There was no maintenance on staff to turn off the heater and we were told we had to wait until the morning when they got there. It was horrible!! Kids waking up all night long due to being hot. The room was nothing like pictures, the wall outlets were completely hanging off walls, so unsafe! Tried to reach corporate but never got a call back like promised. We had friends staying here also and they had the exact same issues. Also side doors never locked so basically anyone can come in and out at any time, couldn’t believe that. Complained to front and were told that’s how it’s been. Did not feel safe or comfortable at all at this place!

Next to NRG stadium, but no restaurants within safe walking distance. It’s an old hotel, but for me, it was worth the price. The staff was great. The hotel restaurant for breakfast is terrible. Stay away, it’s a breakfast buffet type, but the food was stale. I guess there weren’t enough guests and the pancakes had been sitting there for a while, just like the eggs.

We would stay again if attending a NRG Park event
Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated having security on staff all night. Location is great for attending games at NRG Park — we just walked to game. Restaurant is really a bar with a limited bar food menu and the breakfast is only a buffet. The morning we were there, only 1 staff member showed up so it was difficult to get food, cups, coffee, etc.

The Hotel is worn. I was assigned a mobility room when I had reserved an Executive King. When I had to go to change the room and no kings were available even though the hotel seemed to be largely unoccupied. The elevator in the building I was in was not functioning well. The room was clean and had acceptable amenities. The gym was a bright spot, it was large clean and suitably equipped. There really isn't anything within walking distance.
