The shower had a musty smell if you closed the door, the toilet had to be jiggled to make it stop. Someone had put coffee grounds in water container of the coffee maker which made us afraid to use. Did not keep coffee in lobby. The view overlooked I295. The breakfast was a joke and very expensive. Also, we had extra charges taken out each of our 2 day stay from our payment source with no documentation as to what the charges were for. Which we now have to contact someone to find out and get corrected or source document. We were there because I had surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We were so disappointed. Holiday Inn use to have a good reputation that made it a no brainer to select them for a decent night stay at a reasonable rate.

Worst stay in a hotel in a decade

Worst experience at a holiday inn I’ve ever had. Rude staff, room smelled like urine the entire stay, toilet worked intermittently, sink wouldn’t shut off, AC/Heat wouldn’t stay on, shower door wouldn’t shut all of the way. Will not be back. Awful 0/10.

I had a five night stay and no garbage was removed. I had bags of garbage just sitting in my room for 5 days. And we (2person in room)were given 3 towels for 5 days. I was forced to the check in desk to ask for additional towels. This was very inconvenient for us. .

Beautiful place. We got checked in very quick. Close to various places to shop and eat. But the quality of the room we checked is a bit above average, but it's still better than any other budget friendly hotels.

Baymeadows I-295 Hotel.

Nice hotel off of I-295 in Jax. Clean room. Restaurant in site was okay. Nothing to write home about. Fresh, great tasting coffee in lobby every morning.
