Delightful second floor 1 BR Amelia Surf & Racquet Club condominium that sleeps 2. Two pools or a short walk to the ocean out the front door. Miles of beautiful sand beach. 4 artificial clay tennis courts on the property. Public golf course 5 minutes away. Free wi-fi, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, washer & dryer in the unit. The sheltered deck is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Ritz-Carlton is 1/4 mi up the road. The Omni Amelia Island with shopping, restaurants and Spa is 2 mi south. The town of Fernandina Beach is 5 miles north with it's quaint Victorian homes, interesting museum, Fort Clinch, cobblestone streets, and delightful restaurants. Relaxing getaway with wife

Perfect Stay, I loved the sunrises
Sandy is an exceptionally gracious and communicative host, making our stay both enjoyable and effortless. Acess to the beach was very easy and we spent much of our time there. The condo itself is wonderfully comfortable, offering an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean that truly enhances the experience. During our month-long stay, we took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen, which was, without a doubt, the most thoughtfully equipped we’ve encountered in over 15 short-term rentals. We also appreciated the property’s no-pets policy, which added to our comfort. With convenient amenities such as easy parking, an elevator, and a dedicated trash room, day-to-day activities were seamless. We would gladly return to this lovely spot in the future.

Perfect balcony view
We had a great week staying here. Location to the beach is perfect and beach equipment was in excellent condition and so nice to have. The balcony was where we ate breakfast every morning. The sunrise was spectacular! When we weren’t out and about, we were definitely on the balcony!

Owner is very accommodating
We went to Amelia to celebrate my husbands birthday and our anniversary. Unfortunately Helene hit 2weeks before we were scheduled to arrive. We had some damage at home and were considering canceling. We arrived and the weather was cloudy and rainy and in the middle of our vacation Milton was going to hit Florida. Sandy was kind enough to give us a partial refund. We would definitely rent from her again.

Nicely furnished with a fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, bedroom and balcony. The beach is beautiful and the pool and grounds are kept up nicely. Downtown Amelia wigh lots of restaurants is a 15 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s All About the View
We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this condo. We sat on the balcony every day looking at the ocean waves and at night the sound of the ocean was so therapeutic for us! It was nice to have a slider door in our bedroom that could be opened with a screen in it so we could get the fresh ocean air while sleeping. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The complex was quiet and we loved walking on the uncrowded beach every day.

We were part of a small wedding party and Sandy’s place was absolutely perfect! Walking the beach each morning with my best friend and hearing the sounds of the sea were priceless! The condo set up is lovely and the view spectacular! Pool is close by, as is access to the beach. Would definitely return! Thank you!

If you want a great view...
Sandy was excellent at communicating and her condo was extremely comfortable, especially the bed. But the main thing that will stay with me is the view. If I could wake up every morning to sunrise over the ocean, well, I'd be in heaven. We loved the sound of the waves at night, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and getting a little sun.

Perfect in every way
This little place is so well equipped and absolutely beautiful inside as well as the fantastic view! Great communication with the owner. My husband is mobility impaired so having the handicap beach entrance next door was a real bonus. He could enjoy the beach without getting exhausted. I hope to be able to come back again.

We have stayed in this unit before and in this complex a number of times. I highly recommend Sandy's condo. It is quiet, peaceful and the view of the ocean and beach is great. Excellent overall. Not cleaned initially & took 3-4 hours to accomplish so we could enter for our stay. Also shower knob falls off - needs to be repaired. Everything else was great.

Great condo and location
Condo was as pictured and very clean. Bed sheets were so comfortable! View was beautiful and owner thought of everything a renter would need for a short vacation stay. We would definitely rent again.
