Arrival and check in were a nightmare. Hotel is located in a bleak area near airport. Upon arrival, you are greeted by apparently hostile street people ( turns out, that was the parking valet). Lobby is filthy … we thought we had arrived at a shelter for homeless run by a slovenly charity. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Great room with good facilities
We only stayed for a brief period whilst getting an early flight from JFK but was impressed with the rooms facilities eg fridge, microwave etc and the beds were were very comfy! The only small gripe was the room was a touch warm and we couldnt seem to get it to a lower temp but im sure the staff would have been straight on it if we had of mentioned it as they were super helpful.
