🔊NOISE: The unit is on the 2nd floor of a 4-plex. Guests below are forewarned of potential overhead noise. Please be considerate.
🐾PETS: This is not a pet friendly condo. If you want to bring your furry friend(s), depending on availability, we are happy to transfer your reservation to one of our ground floor pet friendly units.
🛎️CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early options:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 pm on the day of your visit. If it’s ready for your visit, we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: $20/hour for pre-arranged early check-ins. Contact us in advance. We will adjust our cleaning schedule to ensure your unit is ready at the prearranged check-in time.
⏰CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM; late check-out available for $20/hour typically we can accommodate a late check-out until 1:00 pm and sometimes later.
🚭SMOKING: Prohibited within the condo.
🎉PARTIES: Require prior approval.
🕝QUITE HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🪳BUGS: We are located near farms; bugs are sometimes found in condo despite regular treatments. Keep doors closed to minimize entry.
🛏️BEDS: Equipped with medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love but occasionally a guest finds very uncomfortable.
📹SECURITY: Video doorbell is in operation at the exterior entrance.
❄️AC: Portable unit supplied during summer months; It does a great job of cooling the unit but some guests complain about the white noise it makes.
🏘️EXTERIOR: while our interiors are tastefully decorated, please note the exterior of the building is a plain 4-plex. Please review the pictures in the listing which accurately depict the exterior of the building.
🧺LAUNDRY: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
