Amazing stay

Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were great, and I’m a very picky person. Shower was great and I didn’t feel like I was going to fall in the shower. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially Genesis and Terella.

When I called for the shuttle bus to hotel I could not get the hotel staff to answer. After calling IHG I was transferred to hotel desk where again no answer. When I found the shuttle the driver did not speak English and attempted to say I would need to pay $25. I proceeded to get an uber for $18 for a five mile trip. My $200 a night room overlooks someone’s trashy backyard and railroad tracks. When I came down to meet my daughter in the lobby I tried to purchase a ginger ale. No cash accepted and not allowed to add to my room charge. As I wait for my daughter I can only expect the same poor shuttle service!!

The housekeeper did not clean our room after our first day. She seemed to have an attitude when she knocked on the door and we weren’t ready to have room cleaned. We told her we’d be out within the hour and she saw us leaving. When we came back in the evening our room had not been cleaned, and we had to ask for a fresh set of towels at the front desk. Otherwise our stay was good. The front desk personnel were cordial and accommodating. The breakfast was good.
