Very good for the price the only thing is I found a few eye lashes in the towels but other then that nice layout very spacious bathroom isn’t so spacious but it worked for our stay staff was extremely nice got 4 waters upon arrival. I will stay here again if ever in the area

We have been staying to avoid mayhem during the snow/ice storm. The hotel and staff were working around the clock and we applaud them! However the parking lot and walk ways were icy and slippery with heaps of snow around the cars causing people to fall and forces to be in dangerous situations to get out of there. Staff has been doing their best to keep on calling for a couple of plows to come through but other than that nothing was provided. That’s bad management and preparation for this season and these storms! Personally it took three hours to de-ice /de-snow and carefully navigate out of our parking spot on to the road. Are you all covering for ER visits and TOW trucks? Thank you!!

I liked the room and cleanliness. I was disappointed by the high priced "pet fee". I do realize though that some people have spoiled it for responsible pet owners. It's sad but understandable.

Bathroom floor was dirty and tub/floor had hair. Walking around on floor white socks were dirty. Bedroom pillow case had hair on them. I checked out a day earlier and asked Sid Smith if they could refund that day. Waiting for the answer from management.
