We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was incredible, service at the onsite venues was top notch. Our room was in a heavily trafficked area and was a bit noisy late at night. Next stay we would upgrade from a garden room to a water view. I enjoyed the tropical gardens, but wished our patio was a bit more private (turtle and Coy Fish pond spot lights illuminated our room at night).

We were underwhelmed by this property. It was just clean enough. The pool is small and there were iguanas running around causing guests to scream. The pool lounge chairs were uncomfortable. The carpet in the foyer of the building where our room was located was filthy. Our room was nice and the location was great.

Comfortable hotel
We try to come to Key West every couple years for our Anniversary. We’ve stayed in several different hotels and B&B’s. This hotel is right at the top with Ocean Key. Great room and service. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was convenient, rooms were OK. Hot tub was disgusting! My cousin and I go on a trip every year and always chose a place with a hot tub. I notified the front desk on three different occasions that the hot tub needed servicing and it never happened.
