Tämä on upea yksi makuuhuone, täysin vammaiset ja täysin remontoitu huoneisto. Meidän huoneisto on yksi parhaista Kihei Puutarha Estates kanssa äskettäin lisätty graniittiset työtasot, laattalattiat, suuri taulutelevisio, marmorinen suihku, ilmastointi, laajennettu digitaalinen kaapeli ja nopea langaton internetyhteys. Rentoudu rauhallisella, yksityisellä ylellisyydellä, jota ympäröivät vehreät trooppiset puutarhat, mango ja papaijaiset puut, ja sijaitsevat alle 100 metrin päässä kauniilta auringonlaskun rannalta. Liota kylpytynnyriin tai suuri uima-allas vain 30 metrin päässä, jossa on myös BBQ-alue.
Nauti kauniista Haleakalan näkymistä kauniista kukkaviljelmistäsi.

Yksikössämme on lcd-TV, DVD / VCR, laajennettu digitaalinen kaapeli ja langaton internetyhteys. Keittiö on täysin varustettu keittiövälineet, kattilat ja pannut, kahvipannu, kahvia painamalla, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin ja suodatettua vettä hanasta.

Huoneisto sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Kiheissä, kaukana liikenteen melusta, mutta vain korttelin päässä ostoksista, kirkkoista, ravintoloista, baareista, rannoista ja vain 100 metrin päässä upeista auringonlaskuista. Saat kätevästi tarjoamme rantatuolit, rantapyyhkeet, sateenvarjo, boogie board ja jäähdytin. Nauti ylellisestä kokemuksesta edulliseen hintaan, odotamme sinua täällä!

Great little complex near the beach
Loved the proximity to the pool which was super clean, grounds were very well maintained. Condo is as advertised, perfect for a couple and walking distance to beach, local market and restaurants. We look forward to a return trip!

Our stay was really lovely! Steps from the beach and the pool and a 3 minute walk to the closest grocery store. My husband and I were there for our honeymoon and it was a beautiful condo and property. Parking was super close to the unit and the unit itself never got too hot as it was east facing. The kitchen had a full set of cooking and eating utensils which was fabulous as we mostly did our own cooking. Would stay there again for sure!

AC unit does not work
The property is advertised with AC. There is a window unit, but it does not work. The maintenance man verified it does not cool in summer, advising use of multiple fans and keeping doors open. The property manager is responsive and attempted to have a new unit approved by the host, to no avail. The host says it works fine if you give it time. This did not prove true, and the host was further nonresponsive during a hot summer stay.

Great location and condo!
We loved the property and our overall stay! The pool was great and the property was so pretty. The nearby beach was fabulous. We went swimming and saw lot of turtles even in the middle of the day! The grill space was nice to make our own lunches. It’s a great part of town next to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as beaches and activities!!

A very nice place!
This is a ground floor unit, which allows you to walk on to the grounds from your front door. Beautiful landscaping, pool area, very close to the beach, groceries, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and well taken care of with all the normal accessories. We were able to park on the street right in front of the unit, or a very short walk to the nearest "on site" parking. We would absolutely stay here again.

Heaven..yes and no.
What is there not to love about Hawaii? This unit is located in a well cared for property pool and all. The unit itself is comfortable with all the amenities. The owner Nancy appears to be a concerned landlord who is willing to be generously accomodating. Two concerns .The cleanliness of the unit on the surface was neat and relatively clean however it could use a regular deep scrubbing ie shower and bedroom. Secondly we received a message on our way to Maui saying they were conducting a spraying program both outside and inside the unit. This may not affect those not sensitive to such products. My wife is not so lucky. Despite the fact that we deliberately absented ourselves two days in a row she suffered the ill effects for a week. Double check the timing of your reservation as a caution.

I have stayed in this unit multiple times. It’s always a great stay. The condo has everything needed for comfort and convenience. It’s also close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Amazing place
This is an amazing property to stay at. Me and our wife have just got back from Hawaii and spent our first week here. It is one of the best condos we have stayed at. Fantastic facilities, you open your patio doors to a beautiful communal garden reach morning. The pool area is amazing and open late, and the complex is full of good people, we met some great people and made some friends there. The beautiful beach is less than a minute walk away, we watched the sunset a few nights. There is also a supermarket about 2 minute walk away. A few bars and restaurants nearby and also a brewery about 30 minutes walk away. Parking is easy and plenty of it, we mostly parked on the street in the end right outside the front door

Another great stay!
What can I say? I had another great stay at Nancy and John’s condo. It’s close to a beach, which is great to watch the sunset, the grocery store is around the corner, just in case you need any last minute items, there are restaurants within walking distance, and the unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I hate to leave, but I’ll be back again in September. Aloha and mahalo, Nancy and John! 🏝️☀️❤️

Maui’s paradise!
Aloha! Guys, if you are looking for a great vacation spot then Kihei Garden Estates is the place for you! The unit is much better than in the photo, cute and comfortable. You will find everything you need. Just a small wish for the owner to get a large salad bowl and vegetable grater. The property around is amazingly beautiful and well maintained. Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, souvenir market, post office and even food trucks are within walking distance, you will enjoy walking around. The beach is pretty deserted and quiet, no one will disturb you. And every evening on the shore there is a wonderful show of turtles! When you get to the beach from Lipoa Street, turn right and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the sign about turtles. They arrive on the shore shortly before sunset, somewhere around 5:30 pm, and if you wait patiently until dark, then there will be a lot of them on the shore. Bring chairs or towels with you to sit comfortably. Just remember that you can not touch the turtles and do not come close to them! Unfortunately, communication with the manager was completely absent, no one answered the phone call. We spoke directly with the owner via email and she responded right away and was very helpful. And as I said, Kihei Garden Estates is still our favorite vacation spot and next time we will return only here.

Relaxed stay - again
This was our second time in Nancys condo and it was perfect again. Clean and spacious with a nice lanai. Well equipped, close to the beach, to restaurants and stores - we loved it and hope to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous. The grounds were kept groomed. The pool and hot tub were great. Used the BBQ almost every night. Everyone was so nice. The only down side was not air conditioning in this unit. At night the condo would get a bit stuffy as there was no breeze when we were staying but that was minor. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Maui.

Great stay
Overall this was a nice stay and we would stay again. Grocery and restaurant are close and beach access is right down the street. We didn't use the pool, but the grill area was very nice. Coin laundry access was easy and a plus. The property was clean and comfortable, though we spent most of our time exploring the wonders of Maui! My only complaint would be a strong chemical smell in the living area, perhaps something recently painted or new furniture?

Loved It
I can't say enough about this condo. We stayed for a month. The condo was clean and just as described. It appears small when first entering but there are so many organizers and cabinets for alot of storage. The bed was very comfortable. The complex is well kept. May days we had the pool almost to ourselves. Beach so close by. Close to many restaurants and also a grocery store. Make sure you walk to the beach for sunset and stroll down to the left to see the turtles that come up on the beach. Just keep your distance..... I would love to come back again.
