Enjoyable Stay
Very enjoyable experience with good amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi. The room itself was clean. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests I had. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out, and their hospitality certainly added to the overall positive experience. However, there was one area that could use some improvement: breakfast. While the food was fresh, I found that there weren’t many options for those who avoid dairy or meat. As someone who doesn’t consume dairy, the options were quite limited, and I felt like I had to settle for fruit and a lot of bread. It would be great if they could add more variety, such as plant-based yogurt, dairy-free milk alternatives, or more vegan-friendly options. In conclusion, while the breakfast did not meet all dietary needs, everything else about the hotel was good. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially if they improve their breakfast offerings for those with dietary restriction

This was my second time on this hotel. Last year everything was very good, the staff in the reception ask me in which floor I want to be but this time no, this time the experience was terrible. First been in the first floor very noise near one exit door, people who don’t respect the time to sleep between 10pm-1am kids running in the hallway, slapping the doors, very noise. Plus the door has space between the door and the floor so you can see all the people shadows when they walk in the hallway. Second the bathroom doesn’t have any shampoo, condition, soap and toilet paper. I know this time was more people in the hotel so the staff they was suppose be more careful about all the things. The staff in the reception was nice, the lady in the breakfast room was very nice too but the rest that I ready mentioned was terrible.

They have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a small gym. Also included breakfast and easy parking. Even there's a laundry room. Staffs are friendly! One thing is the heat sounds a little noisy for me.

Post Christmas Ski Trip
We arrived the day after Christmas with our kids for a weekend at Blue Mountain. The hotel staff was super friendly, there were fresh cookies, hot chocolate, popcorn, tea and coffee. The hotel was festively decorated and clean. Kids loved the pool. Super convenient to downtown Jim Thorpe & skiing and tubing at Blue Mountain. Loved & will come back!
